Applications are invited from Serving/Retired employees of Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts for filling up the following posts in Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Jabalpur (MP) on adhoc deputation basis and/or reemployment on contract basis for a period of one year from eligible/suitable candidates who fulfill conditions as shown below for the following posts:- S. (ii) Private Secretary/equivalent in the pay band of Rs , Rs. 4800/- with six years regular service in the Grade. (iii) Personal Assistant/Stenographer/equivalent in the Pay Band of Rs Rs with seven years regular service in the Grade. (iv) Stenographer/equivalent in the Pay Band of Rs , Rs with ten years regular service in the Grade. (b) Re- Employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from analogous posts or as mentioned above from Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts. Essential Qualification for Deputation/ Re-employment on Contract Basis. (a) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University. (b) Possessing speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand in English.

2 2. Private Secretary 01 PB-2 Rs /- Rs. 4600/- 2 Deputation Basis. Persons working under Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts holding analogous posts on regular basis. (a) Stenographers holding post in the Grade of Pay Band of Rs Rs 4200 with five year regular service in the grade. (b) Re- Employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from analogous posts or as mentioned above from Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts. Essential Qualification for Deputation/ Re-employment on Contract Basis. (a) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University. (b) Possessing speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand in English. 3. Tribunal Master/ Stenographer Grade C 01 (One) PB-2 (Rs ) Rs 4200/- (a) Deputation Basis From amongst the persons working under Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts holding analogous posts of Court Master or Stenographer. (i) Stenographers in the Pay Band of Rs /- Rs 2400/-. With 10 years regular service in the grade. (b) Re-employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from analogous post or as mentioned above from Central Government or State Government or High Courts or District Courts. Essential Qualification for Deputation / Reemployment on Contract Basis (a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. (b) A speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi). (c) Knowledge in computer operation. (d) Typing of 40 words per minute in English. Desirable : A speed of 120 words per minute in short hand (English/Hindi).

Hindi Translator 01 (One) PB-2 (Rs ) Rs 4200/- -3- (a) Deputation Basis Persons holding analogous post on regular basis in Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts. Persons holding the post in the scale of Rs (Pre-revised) with five years regular service in the Grade in the Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts. (b) Re-employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from analogous post or as mentioned above from Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Courts. (c) Educational Qualification for Deputation / Re employment on Contract Basis (i) Master s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with Hindi or English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; or (ii) Master s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level, or (iii) Master s degree of any recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects at degree level; and (iv) Diploma or Certificate course in translation in Hindi to English and Vice-versa from recognized Institution or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and Vice-versa in Central Government or State Government including Government of India Undertakings. (v) Knowledge in Computer operation. 5 Junior Accountant 01 PB-1 (Rs ) Rs 2800/- (a) Deputation Basis Persons working as Junior Accountants experienced in the departmentalized accounting system under controller General of Accounts, Telegraph Accounts, Defence and Railways Accounts or High Courts or District Courts Working as auditor under controller General of Accounts or High Court or District Courts. Working as Upper Division clerk/lower division clerk with eight/five years service and possessing experience in accounts matters.

4 6 Steno Grade- D 01 PB-1 Rs /- Rs (b) Re-employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from the analogous post or as mentioned above from the service under controller General of Accounts, Post & Telegraph Accounts, Defence and Railways Accounts or High Courts or District Courts. Essential qualifications for deputation/reemployment on contract basis (i) Degree in commerce or equivalent qualification from recognized university. (ii) Knowledge of Computer operation. Desirable:- (i) Master degree in Commerce. (ii) Computer Training course of at least six months duration. (a) Deputation Basis. Persons holding analogous post on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts. (b) Re-employment on Contract Basis. Persons retired from analogous post or as above or the Armed Forces Personnel due to retire who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having a requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered who shall if selected, be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on re-employment. Essential Qualifications for Deputation/Reemployment on contract basis:- (i) 12 th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Skill Test Norms. On computer: Dictation words per minute (iii) Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi). (iv) Computer training course of at least six months duration. 7 Library Attendant 01 (One) P B-1 Rs Rs. 1800/- (a) Deputation basis. Persons of Group- C staff in the pay band-1 Rs of Rs 1800/- with one year regular service in the grade in the central Government Armed Forces, State Government or Tribunals or Commission or statutory bodies or courts or Armed Forces Tribunal and has rendered three years regular service in the capacity.

5 -5- For Ex-Service Men Deputation /Re-employment: The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite qualification and experience proscribed shall also be considered, who shall, if selected be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces and there after they may be continued on re-employment. Essential Qualification. (i) 10 th standard pass or equivalent of any recognized Board; and (ii) Experience of working at least one year in a recognized or registered Library. 2. The vacancies shown against posts in this circular are tentative which may increase or decrease. 3. The pay of the officer/official selected against the posts will be governed in accordance with department of Personnel & Training office Memorandum No 2/29/91-Est (Pay II), Dated as amended from time to time. 4. Age Limit : (a) Deputation. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications, i.e 01 st August (b) Contract. The maximum age limit for the re-employment on contract basis is 64 years. The gross pension will be deducted from the amount of pay fixed, where applicable. 5. The period of deputation, including period of deputation on ex-cadre posts held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. 6. General Information:- (a) Legible Zerox copies of all the educational and other certificates duly attested by some Gazatted officer are required to be attached alongwith application from. (b) Application for deputation will have to be routed through the parent department duly forwarded by the competent authority. (c) Persons applying for re-employment on Contract basis are required to attach copy of PPO Form along with copies of educational and other certificates. (d) Applications received after last date shall not be entertained. 7.
