7 Host Committee 2015 Dr. Pat Castle Vitae Foundation / Life Runners VitaeFoundation.org Dr. Pat Castle is the President/CEO of the Vitae Foundation, having taken the reins from its founder on June 1, A catalyst and unifying force for pro-life, in 2008, Dr. Castle co-founded and became the coach for the National LIFE Runners Team. The team raises pro-life prayers, awareness and funds while training for marathons and an annual A-Cross America Relay. Pat is a co-founder of the Law of Life Summit and has served as the Master of Ceremonies since the inaugural Summit in Dana Cody, Esq. After leaving her consulting position she accepted the position as Life Legal s Executive Director. Dana Cody has been championing the rights of women and the unborn for over twenty years. Donovan J.D., Chairman, Birthline of San Diego County, Inc. Ben is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Ave Maria School of Law and currently works as an Acquisition Specialist for Naval Air Systems Command. Ben and his wife Pam live in San Diego and are expecting their first baby on January 26. Mr. Acquilano was hired in May of 2013 to serve as an In-House Attorney and Director of the South Carolina Catholic Conference for the Diocese of Charleston. Mr. Acquilano serves as a board of director for many pro-life and Catholic organizations around the country and was recently elected Chair of the Ave Maria School of Law Alumni Board of Directors.

8 Jill Stanek Summit Host Committee When it would have been easier to look the other way, Jill Stanek s commitment to Christ led her to risk her job, reputation, and friendships to stop the terrible practices of abortion and infanticide. Jill was a registered nurse in the Labor & Delivery Department at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois. She discovered not only were abortions being committed there, but babies were being aborted alive to die without medical care. When hospital leaders said that they would not stop, Jill went public and has become a national figure in the effort to protect both born and preborn infants. In January 2003, World magazine named Jill as one of the 30 most prominent pro-life leaders in the movement over the past 30 years. On November 5, 2003, President Bush invited Jill to his signing of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban, which protects partially delivered babies from being killed by abortion. For her pro-life writing MSNBC s liberal commentator Keith Olbermann named Jill as the Worst Person in the World!, on June 4, 2009, a badge of honor she proudly wears. In 2011 News Reel Blog named Jill one of the Top Ten Enemies the Pro-Abortion Left Fears. Jill is a member of Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park, Illinois. She is wife to Rich; mother of Michael, Timothy, and Daena; and grandmother to nine grandsons.
