I activated my emergency lights and stopped the vehicle. I contacted the driver who was Identified by her NE driver s license as Connie Martinez. I asked Comm. Center to check for open wants and a valid driver s license for Martinez. Comm Center advised that Martinez' license is suspended with a license pickup order. 3 On I was dispatched to an injury accident located at the intersection of West Overland and Avenue B. The driver of 21-G875 was still inside the driver's side of the vehicle upon my arrival. The driver was identified as Moses Garcia through his name and date of birth. I checked with communications and they advised that Garcia's license is revoked. The firework stand is located in a semi-trailer. I arrived and spoke with Robert who told me that he is the regional manager for the fireworks stands in the area belonging to Holliday Enterprise. 8 WARRANT/ARRESTING AGENCY Completed Home NONE - - Complaint SANDOVAL,MELINDA 08/20/ E OVERLAND DR 12 SCOTTSBLUFF,NE Offender TRUJILLO,TIMOTHY 02/26/ MARCUS DR SCOTTSBLUFF,NE On I was dispatched to a disturbance taking place at 56 Marcus Dr. One of the males involved in the disturbance was identified as Timothy Trujillo. I checked with communications and they confirmed that Trujillo had an active warrant for his arrest. Trujillo was placed into handcuffs which were double locked and checked for fit. Once inside my cruiser Trujillo became upset and began banging his head on the plastic cage. Trujillo eventually calmed down and he was transported to Scotts Bluff County Jail without further incident. The warrant is for 3rd degree assault. A copy of the warrant is attached to this report. During this investigation I had contact with Kimberly Crane and dispatch advised that she had an active warrant from Cherry County. Kimberly Crane had some leg issues which caused her to be wheelchair bound. An ambulance was called in order to transport her to the Scottsbluff County Jail. When it came time for Kimberly to leave she became passive resistive at first and she refused to walk out of the room to the ambulance. Kimberly became verbally noncompliant and she got in my face.
