They did a great job. I could not ask any better service. I put windows also. I have done this all my life. I work seven days a week. I did not have time to install them myself. I liked the guarantee. They did great work! We love our porch! The crew was very helpful, especially the electricians. Job was clean inside and outside. office responded quickly to factory damaged window. they ordered replacement same day. told me about 6 week lead time replacement. installed damaged panel, so job could be completed. very satisfied... Brandon made sure I knew what I was getting, and the crew who installed my roof were THE MOST PROFESSIONAL (and happy) group I have ever seen. Not one nail was left on site. Just super. I would recommend the company to anyone!! This is my second dealing with Champion. I had put in all around the house when I had a break in, and they were wonderful as always. I can not recommend them high enough. They are superb! The staff..from the people in the office to the installers, everyone is excellent. The crew and everyone involved was very courteous. The wrong window panels, 3 times!! Total lack of communication. We had to keep reaching out to them follow-up. They lied to us, gave us attitude, and refused to escalate the problem after several attempts at resolution. The product is good, if you can get them to send you... This is the second time I have had Champion Windows do my windows. Both times were great, great service, great product, great installation, and follow up. I am very happy with my Champion Windows. There was one person who installed the windows, he was excellent! I could have not been any happier, and he was very organized. He cleaned up well, and was very professional. Very happy with the finished product. Crew that did patio room could have swept up each day after working because I have dogs that I had to take out on leash during the process, and at the end of the day I had to sweep up the small bits of meetal so my dogs wouldn't step on them. The gentleman that... I absolutely would not recommend Champion of Johnson City TN to anyone. The workmanship of the installation of the windows (we replaced EVERY window in our home so this was not an overnight and cheap job) was less than acceptable. We are very pleased with the workmanship, very professional and cleaned up afterwards. We are overall pleased with everything. I was really happy with them. Brandon came out just as soon as we called and the crew that fixed it was excellent. You couldn't ask better workers, we are very pleased with them and I will probably use them again in the spring. I think they did an excellent job. It is good quality. They were very professional, arrived on time, and I am happy with the work. The workers were very polite. The people that came out were really nice. A great honest Company to do business with. I love the room, it's very nice. The only thing I would have to say is I gave the guys permission to drive through the backyard and my lawn man told me that they really made a mess. I wish they would've been a little careful. Champion Windows did an excellent job installing the windows, the installers were courteous, knowledgeable and precise. I have had Champion windows over 10 years and the product is truly outstanding.
