1 Welcome to ALBEX s Extended Donor Profile ALBEX voluntarily provided the following information which will be disclosed to future parents as an aid in their selection General Information and characteristics Height: 175 cm Weight: 79 kg Build: Athletic Shoe size: 42 Clothing size: Large Skin tone: Fair Facial shape: Round Lips: Full Eyebrows: Brown Beard: Dark brown Hair: Blond, medium thick and straight I work hard for the things that I want in my life. Mixed with a high level of professionalism I get things done. ALBEX does not wear prescription lenses. He does not suffer from any allergies, other medical conditions or physical abnormalities. ALBEX resembles the American actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Click here for photos of Leonardo. Academics ALBEX has been going to school for a total of 17 years, including primary school which he graduated in After graduating high school three years later, ALBEX worked in a factory to save up money to fulfil his dream of travelling around the world. After returning home from his adventures, ALBEX started studying at teachers college and graduated in 2001 and immediately started working as a teacher. Currently ALBEX teaches math and biology and is also a Sergeant in the Danish National Guard s patrol unit. He plans on spending five more years of studying to reach his goal of becoming a school head master. His former jobs include fruit picking, being a carpenter, temporary teacher, nightclub manager, and bartender. ALBEX s native language is Danish and he also speaks English, French and German. He has not served in the military. My goal is to become head master of a large school.
2 Q&A with ALBEX ALBEX answers questions about his life, experiences, and good memories Which words describe your personality? Creative, strong minded, stubborn, hard, a go getter, straight shooter. For a brief moment I applied to an education as a painter. It s my creative soul but it didn t turn out that way. Describe your strong sides: I m quite used to getting my will. Not that it s all stubbornness; it s just that I work hard for the things that I want in my life. Mixed with a high level of professionalism I get things done. Describe your weak sides: Being strong headed sometimes makes you overlook other people and their opinions. Despite the fact that they might have a reasonable point. What is your marital status? Single. Do you have any children? Yes, I have four girls. The oldest was born on my birthday. She s very bright and is in the top of her class. She s so pretty and intelligent at the same time. She wants to be a doctor or a vet. She s quite small because her mom is quite small. But it doesn t stop her at all. She s a fighter and plays the local soccer team. She s very creative and she always make presents for the whole family. She even makes notes so she doesn t forget any family members. She s a typical Scandinavian, blonde hair and blue eyes. And I have twin girls. For some reason they got their fathers statue and are already taller than their older sister. They re identical twins. And both were born without any complications at all. They have been raised as individuals so they don t look like most twins. They don t have to do everything together. They both do great in school and as their sister they too are at the top of their class. Even though they look the same they re very different. The first born is very boyish and likes to play outdoors and play soccer and climb trees. The other one is more quiet and likes to play inside. She s very creative and makes the nicest things. Both twins are sound and healthy. The little one is only two years old. She has a different mother and she s much darker in complexion. Other than that she s just so cute and smart. She s as clever as her older sisters. When you re the youngest one you just have to run faster to keep up the pace. List any other hobbies you may have or have had: I like to tend to my garden, it gives me balance. Something I picked up from grandma. She had this huge garden I just loved to play in as a kid. How many hours of sleep do you get on an average night? 8 hours. How much alcohol do you drink on average per week? One beer. Do you smoke? No. Do you eat healthy? I try. Do you ride a bicycle? Often. Religion: Protestant - not active. Which countries have you visited: America, most of Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand and some Pacific Islands. Describe the best holiday you have had: I went around the world on my own when I was only 20. It made me into the man I am today. It was a tremendous experience to see the world and meet other people and see other cultures. What do you like the most about your own country: It s where I live. It s in my blood. I love my country and there s nowhere I rather live than here. My family lives here and as a history teacher the story of my ancestors is very vivid. It s just plain beautiful to me. Which types of sport do you play or have played? Volleyball, soccer, handball, judo, running and gym training. Which other types of sports are you interested in? None.
3 Q&A with ALBEX - continued ALBEX s dreams, favourites and experiences Who are your idols/heroes/heroines? My Grandma is my greatest hero. She never did anything she never wanted anything from life. But she was always there, sitting in the kitchen smoking her butt off. She told me stories and put me to bed at night. What are your goals in life? Head master of a large school. What were your childhood dreams: I remember I wanted to build houses, to become either a teacher or an architect. Which values do you rank the highest? Honesty and loyalty. Which childhood experience made the biggest impression on you? I spent a lot of time with my grandparents when I was little and they were just so good to me. My grandfather took me on this long bicycle ride and we had a time of our lives. Just being out in the nature talking and being together. He was such a nice person to everybody. Which was your greatest experience or moment? Becoming a father. Happiest: When I got twins. Funniest: When I found out we were having twins. Scariest: I almost drowned once. Proudest: When I graduated. Most dangerous: Huge car accident - very lucky. Greatest sorrow: The loss of grandma and grandpa. What is your favourite colour? Blue. No clue why. What is your favourite animal? Dog because of its loyalty. What is your favourite kind of food? Lasagna - I make my own and it s pretty damn good. What is your favourite kind of music: The late Beatles. What is your favourite kind of car: Ford - my first car. What is your favourite kind of pet: Dog - see above. What is your favourite time of year: Spring and summer. Just love being outdoors and my garden is full of life. What is your favourite book and/or author: Ayn Rand - The fountainhead. What is your favourite movie and/or director: Shawshank Redemption.
