We have dealt with several different contractors recently and Champion has been the best. Very impressed with the customer services that Champion showed us. Thank you! The guys and the staff that permed the work, in general, were very responsive and hard workers. It snowed since they put the roof on so I do not know how the yard looks. I think they went above and beyond. The installation was on an exceptionally cold and snowy day. They did an outstanding job and they were very particular about with cleanliness with their tools, equipment, and everything else. You never knew they were here when the job was completed. Our windows came in quickly and installed in two days time. Was very happy with our experience with the sale staff and our installers. Great job guys! On the whole, I had a good experience with Champion. They did good work, communicated clearly, and provided a good product. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I think the price of the window was steep compared to other similar windows on the market. Champion Windows was very professional in what they did. They provided really good service. I am very pleased with my windows. Champion Windows has great quality windows a reasonable price, as well as great service. We've had Champion several of our home improvement products, and they've always lived up to our expectations. Their warranty is second to none. It exceeded my expectations. Quality product is their strong suit but they are theree very expensive. Not great small jobs. We only had one window replaced this time around and the order seemed to have gotten lost or gotten, taking over 6 weeks to install one small window that cost over $1800. I feel we could have gotten... One window out of 2 was not up to the quality I had expected based on previous windows I had from Champion. I am very pleased. It is great that sends out inspectors after each step of the project is done. On one such inspection, the gentleman found that the wrong size grids had been ordered our windows and promptly ordered the right ones so our project could be finished. I had a great experience with Champion Windows. They sent a salesman to my home at the scheduled time. He was friendly and very respectful. He listened to what I had to say and valued my onion. The workman came on time did the job and cleaned up all the debris. I had my siding done by Champion a couple... They are very quick at their job. I am a very hard person to please but I believe in praising those that deserve it. I am satisfied with the entire experience from sale to installation. Their experience and the quality of Champion windows and doors is second to none and well worth the price. You won t be disappointed. This is the second experience using champion windows. We could not be happier to have our home now updated with good quality windows. The entire experience went smooth and every person in the process was professional and so nice. Thank you everyone. The crew was very professional and did a great job. It looks great and works great. Everything they advertise is true! Champion Windows was absolutely wonderful to work with. There were some hiccups along the waybut very minor and they were worked out (new staff had some confusion with appointment times). Andy was honest and down-to-earth, Mike was so easy to talk to, and the installers (whose names are escaping me... Job done right on time and is of best quality.
