2 John P. Nov 29, 2018 We've used JKC, Inc. 4 major projects over the last several years. We wouldn't think of using another general contractor as long as JKC is available. We feel that Jeff and his staff are honest, ethical and hold themselves to a high standard. We are very satisfied working with them. 3 Jack M. Bob W. Oct 10, 2018 With construction, getting materials delivered on time is not fully in our control. JKC worked around a very late delivery of our windows as best they could. It all worked out well, Customer care and quality. They were easy to work with and valued our opinions and concerns. They wanted us to achieve our goals our home. Our project manager was onsite, observant, and kept us up to date on progress. JKC was professional in all aspects of our project. There were minor scheduling delays, but nothing out of the ordinary a project with as many sub contractors as we had. They also did not pressure us into any additional upsells. sets the standard customer service and quality work! Level of expertise, problem-solving on the fly, integrity, and professionalism. I would like to celebrate the whole team. 4 Mark E. Freddi P. Jul 13, 2018 This is the fourth project JKC have completed me. This project was a complete refresh of a 2,400sq facility that Jeff and his team had built previously. Their exemplary service is exactly the same as it was 11 years years ago when I first used them. This particular contract had an extremely tight... I have been a real estate Broker 40 years and worked with many contractors over those years. I felt the JKC crew was excellent!! They did not fall short of my expectations. Even the job site was immaculate every day. There was no junk laying around or anything. It was just amazing. I was most satisfied with working with them and their crew because there were a lot of things that we didn't know. This was our first build and we learned so much about everything. We really enjoyed that. We didn't just show up at the end when it was all done. We worked with them. I would like to recognize everyone their exceptional service. Sean is the best super I have ever worked with. Exceptional general contractor. Well deserved rating as best in Flagstaff. Could find a better of more professional contractor anywhere. Great company to work with highly recommend them your project. As always, very professional and timely.
