Statement read by presiding officer: In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this Regular Meeting was provided by filing annual notice of meeting on January 14, 2015 with the Clerks of the Borough of Wrightstown and New Hanover Township, posting a copy of the meeting schedule on the school bulletin board, providing an annual meeting schedule in the Bordentown Register News Asbury Park Press, and Burlington County Times and mailing an annual meeting schedule to all persons who have requested same and who have paid the required fee. It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the September 4 th payroll in the amount of $107, Board Secretary's Report (forthcoming) Recommend the Board Secretary's Report for the month of August 2015 in the amount of $4,806, and in agreement with the Reconciling Cash Report be accepted, filed for audit and attached to and made part of the official minutes of this meeting. 3. Reconciling Agent Report (forthcoming) Recommend the Reconciling Cash Report for the month of August 2015 in the amount of $4,806, and in agreement with the Board Secretary's financial report be accepted, filed for audit and attached to and made part of the official minutes of this meeting. 4. Transfers August 2015 Recommend the Board approve the transfers for the month of August Board Secretary s Certification Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A: , I certify that as of August 31, 2015 no budgetary line item account has been overexpended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A: Maria A. Parry, CPA, PSA Business Administrator/Board Secretary DATE 6. Board of Education Certification Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A: , New Hanover Township School Board of Education certifies that as of August 31, 2015 after review of the Secretary's monthly financial report appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials that to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been overexpended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A: and that sufficient funds should be available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. 7. Impact Aid It is recommended that the Board of Education approve John Paredes to apply for 8002 Impact Aid for the school year (funding year ) at a fee of $1,500. It is to be noted that the district will not be applying for 8003 Impact Aid as they do not fit the qualifications for the application. 8. EIRC as Gifted and Talented Provider It is recommended that the Board of Education approve EIRC as the Gifted and Talented Provider of The Green Challenge at a cost of $300 for the school fee plus $40 per student (estimated number of students 34) for an estimated total of $1,660.
