3 Have you heard of the cash flow quadrant? Most people have grown up and been educated by our school system to have good greats and find a good and secure job. They are EMPLOYEES and have a J.O.B. They exchange their time for money. Their core value craves Security! Some people have enough and want to break out of the rat race they start up as self employed, but they still only get paid for the time they work. This also includes professionals such as doctors, layers and trades people. The left side of the quadrant makes up over 80% of the population, but they only earn 20% of the wealth. On the other side of the quadrant we have BUSINESS OWNERS they leverage other people s time to create a profit they OWN A SYSTEM and their financial values are driven by building wealth.
