We haven't been through a summer yet, so the thermal efficiency is unknown right now. There was one geometric window that was not sized correctly. They worked quickly and efficiently, keeping the work area clean and hauled away the debris afterward. They permed a couple of minor tasks which fall outside of the contract at no extra charge. Their demeanor was friendly... I think they were so professional. Everything was done exactly as we discussed int eh beginning. From the salesman all the way to the workmanship eveything came out excellent. I am very satisfied, and everyone was very professional! I love the work and they look very great. I am a happy customer. The windows are very nice. It's an excellent company. Everything they have said they would do, they have done. The windows are very good. I had them put in hurricane windows and I didn't even have to paint after they were done. They did a really nice job. Make sure to get your work done bee hurricane season! They did an excellent job all the way around. They were on time, neat, clean, fast, and professional. Jan 04, 2019 My only problem is the man who measured the windows didn't get the proper arch to the window and we have been waiting approximately 6 weeks to get six of the windows in. I think he should have taken a little more time on the measuring and maybe made a template or something because we are half installed... I recommend this company. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and the quality of materials is better than anyone I've ever seen. The warranty on the shingles is 50 years. Their materials beat any material. Most roofs are a 10-year warranty. I recommend them strongly. They came on time they worked at a satisfactory pace and they were very professional. They can potentially be a very fine company. I think they are going through some changes, and the people aren't very organized. I expect to do business with them again. I was very satisfied. So I really appreciated that. Stressful They don't seem to operate with a sense of urgency after they have taken your money. Florida Home Improvement Associates did most of the work good, but there is room improvement in the area of installation! They can improve on doing a more professional, decent job when filling the cracks during the project. Now I'm left with a counter with a joint in the middle of the sink. I didn't know I was to call to get it serviced. I was disappointed with that.
