They were very professional and they were on time. Everything was clean and they did a great job. I am very, very happy with it. The installers did a fantastic job! They did such a good that I called them back more work. I would recommend them. I had a sliding glass door installed in my house and the team at Royal did an incredible job. Life is much easier with back door access to my backyard! The best part was that I came home to no mess whatsoever the day it was done! I would recommend Joe to anyone. They told the truth about the windows. Keeps the heat and cold in or keeps the heat and cold out. Very helpful and very easy to work with! Terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away from Royal. They don't do what the advertisement on TV says. Jack Jordan was very knowable of the product and assisted us in selecting our purchase product and color. He and the installation crew were very friendly and professional in their conduct. SALLISAW, OK It was a great job overall, Shawn was outstanding. The guys were real fun; they were fun, very professional, and I enjoyed them. I really did enjoy them a lot. I was sad to see them go. They were real sweet, and it was really cold here, so I gave them hot chocolate and they were very appreciative--really sweet guys. I would highly recommended Royal and their work was exceptional. The installer was super. He was knowledgeable and did a professional job. Installation was excellent. They went above and beyond. I am very happy with the windows and I can definitely tell a difference in them. I was very pleased overall. They were very professional. I am well pleased with the service and quality of the workmanship. The real surprise was the amount of energy I'm saving, even though I was told that I would. Well done Joseph and Royal!! Thank you! We just got our first electric bill, and the difference is amazing! It's gone down over half. EVERYONE WAS GREAT FROM THE FIRST VISIT TO THE INSTALLIATION, THEY EVEN VACUUMED AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS AND PICKED UP EVERYTING INSIDE AND OUT. NEVER HAD WORKERS BE SO CLEAN Everyone I dealt with at Specialists was very professional. The installers were absolutely outstanding. The staff from Royal were very helpful and we are more than pleased with our new windows! We have already recommended them to other people. We love them and the product.
