Upon completion of conduct board member training I will begin to put together demographics tab for the website. FVS starts Tuesday in MH 103, we also have 8 members signed up! Currently talking to speakers for the Greek banquet, and U-Lead. Will report on a more final decision once the budget is finalized Friday. This budget will reflect on the speakers chosen. Looking for Speakers for Greek Graduation, if you have an alumni that would like to give a message to the community, send Emily or me their info! Do YOUR fraternities actually know what IFC does? Follow in Gunby s footsteps: he nominated 7 people this week Haley and I working on some press releases, but they re more on the PHC side Put up ReThink Greek Posters around campus to raise awareness. 4 III. Old Business: IV. New Business: Monthly chapter reports to be submitted online each First of the following Month. Connor Donohue proposes punishment of taking away voting rights for the next meeting to the chapters that do not submit their monthly chapter reports. Jesse Aland clarifies that a loss of voting rights does not excuse for an absence. Daniel Gries brings up to chapters how they would rather have us communicate information to them on an on-going basis so they can facilitate communication to their members in due time. Robert Kueny proposes a Google Calendar platform created based on multiple chapter calendars. Daniel Gries proposes a big overall calendar based off what the chapters present on their individual calendars. This poster will be hung in the Greek Office. V. Announcements:

5 a. Sigma Alpha Epsilon hosting Frat star champions with 8 teams 4 different leagues of hockey. Current venue set for East High school, either the 27th or 28th of February. $50 buy in per chapter where proceeds go to Gillette s Children s Hospital. Final plannings to be announced later. b. Jesse Aland s Roundtable based on scholarship is set for February 24th at 6:30p. Location to be determined. c. Lambda Chi Alpha Mount Kato ECHO Food Shelf Night Feb. 26, bring 5 cans of food to Mount Kato from 4pm-10pm and receive discounts ($5 off) on lift tickets, rentals, and tubing.
