1 Glenn B. Shamong, NJ Nov 29, 2017 In the end, our kitchen came out beautiful, but we had a miserable experience, dealing with Amiano. They are strictly a general contractor, and as such, their only job is to coordinate and communicate with the outside contractors, something they didn't do very well. The only work Amiano actually did,... June L. Mount Laurel, NJ Nov 27, 2017 Comment from We made this job a priority when we saw the client's irritation with the progress. We most recently were out to the Brown's residence honoring warranty work they called in. We were never advised of the Project Manager's permance by the client until this point. We are sorry if that was the case that our PM was in his truck playing video games. I have spoken with our subs in a meeting specific to this report and gathered written reports in reference to homeowner's management of project. Most did state they have never had an issue with any missing PM's on a jobsite. Their report back to us was there was always a redshirt onsite to direct the events of the day. We love the Brown's new kitchen and are glad they are able to have that large beautiful space now all the holiday celebrations we had talked about throughout the project. Again we are sorry that you felt this remodeling experience was so off putting. Overall they are very professional and very kind. They are awesome. Page 1 of 7
2 Ellie F. Sewell, NJ Nov 20, 2017 Jane D. Medd, NJ Nov 16, 2017 from Day 1 of the quote on project, the design, materials, employees, every part of this project went beyond our expectations! Super nice group and very polite at all times, but I'm sorry, we cannot recommend them because there were just too many issues, re-dos, and time delays. Comment from We were very sorry to get this review. The year was personally and professionally a hard year at our company. As a family owned business there can be an impact. We did however go out there on the jobs ourselves as owners and work until it was complete. There are many clients we take on who come to us because another remodeler left them high and dry. The only reason the warranty work was delayed was because of the coordination of people while maintaining existing schedules. We have been in contact and have assured the client of warranty time frames. Page 2 of 7
3 T.J.C. Shamong, NJ Nov 14, 2017 gave us a quote with a 4 week completion date. It took 10 weeks with little explanation or urgency on their part. Workers were pulled off our job to work on other jobs and yet when we were weeks behind schedule many times only one person was here. The workmanship was very good... Marietta B. Cherry Hill, NJ Nov 13, 2017 Marietta B. Cherry Hill, NJ Nov 08, 2017 Comment from I am so sorry that your experience with our company was not as anticipated. We really tried to keep everything running smoothly despite our shortage of employees in the field. We have taken great steps to correct the communications in our company. I can say it was a pleasure to work you both. I loved your master bath and kitchen. It was a treat to sit with your adorable pooch while waiting inspectors. I will never need another contractor again. Amiano and Son will do all my work I need in the future. They are fabulous! Comment from Thank you everything! You are a new friend life. Amiano Family I can't sat enough good things about this company. The entire process was handled so professionally. Work was done exactly on time. Everyone one who worked on our kitchen was great, from project manager Pete to electricians, plumbers, painters, cabinet installers, countertop installers, everyone was... Page 3 of 7
4 John C. Margate, NJ Oct 04, 2017 I would've like to have given them a better rating and would have if they followed through with their promises of completing all the minor repairs and settling a $500+ electric bill incurred 2 mos. prior to our coo. These problems are becoming a major headache to us! Maureen V. Columbus, NJ May 16, 2017 Bethany M. Medd, NJ Feb 13, 2017 Charles C. Princeton, NJ Dec 15, 2016 Comment from We have resolved all issues with this client. We had an employee who did not report back on many of the issues. We went out, met with Mrs. Capello, wrote up her list, then scheduled all agreed to work. Thank you again your business. They went above and beyond what was expected. Due to untunate circumstances, I returned home sooner than expected from a trip. I conacted Gianna and explained the situation and asked that I have a functioning stove and running water when I returned a few days later (2 weeks ahead of schedule). To... Five Stars all the way. We could not have been more pleased with the project management, construction and final product. Will absolutely use Amiano & Son Construction ALL future projects. I have and will recommend their services to all my friends. Thanks Amiano!!!! I was impressed at how thorough they were with the initial assessment of my project. Page 4 of 7

Moorestown, NJ Feb 17, 2015 They were all great, and highly recommend Steve and the company any future projects. I'm very pleased with my kitchen. The entire process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I have no regrets, at all, in choosing Amiano & Son my project. The finished project is exactly what I had pictured in my mind. I have one word the final outcome...perfect! We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. It not only met our expectations but exceeded them thanks to our project manager Adam. Amiano and Son did a tremendous job with our addition. They made the entire process easy, from design, selection of kitchen and bath materials and the construction process itself. Everything was spelled out in a very detailed contract, they kept to the promised schedule, and quickly resolved any issues... All the staff and crew were of the highest caliber. They were professional, paid attention to detail and gave me my money's worth with their high quality product. They have an eye beauty. I was impressed with them from the very first meeting - our job is quite extensive - and the President and staff alongwith the architect - were very attentive to my plans our pool/bar/recreation room to our home. Page 5 of 7
6 Jim C. Feb 09, 2015 This is the fourth project which we hired Amiano & Sons Construction. The projects were a room addition, a master bedroom bath upgrade/remodel, a basement finish which included a wet bar, and most recently a powder room refurbish. All jobs exceeded expectations. We would strongly recommend the... D.B.-. Little Egg Harbor, NJ Feb 06, 2015 Cheryl B. Sep 12, 2014 B.A.E. Medd, NJ Sep 11, 2014 Jill D. Mt. Laurel, NJ Sep 05, 2014 I couldn't recomended Amaino strongly enough. We have had 2 houses rebuilt after a diaster. One by fire and one by the storm sandy. We made a much better decision the second time by going with Amaino. There communication was excellent. No surprises and on budget!! Amiano has put together a wonderful team of professionals, who were there us every step of the way. having work done in the house is stressful but the Amiano team made it easy to live with and the work that is completed is perfect. In the Summer of 2014, we engaged Amiano & Son Construction to perm a major kitchen renovation. Given the nature of the project, we interview several builders. Amiano stood out its willingess to be openminded and creative in the design concept. We believed we had the ability to transm a... We had our master bathroom redone with Amiano and Son. From start to finish, and in all aspects of the job, the staff and workers were all so friendly, helpful and professional. The workmanship was amazing, every detail done so well. They truly cared about the job, that it was done right, and that... Page 6 of 7

Princeton, NJ Apr 21, 2014 The employees of provided my family with quality and professional work. I am happy with the great end result of their work. We found this company to be extremely cooperative to work with and true to their word as to when things would be done and how they would be done. All in all, a very positive James Moore, project manager, was what pulled it all together and made it work so well. The company is highly organized and easy to work with. They are able to provide spectacular results while staying within the budget. They are friendly and approachable every step of the way. From start to finish our experience with Amiano & Son was very positive. We did an addition & complete kitchen renovation. It took place during this brutal, long winter, which created some challenges, but everyone was concerned with our comt & confidence in them to get the job completed. There... I was really very pleased with not only the relationship they established, but also their workmanship. It was impressive. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing any work to their home. Overall we were very pleased with the way the kitchen turned out and the quality of the materials and workmanship were excellent. They know how to deal with the problems of an older house. Our installer John Stoddard was polite, courteous, and efficient. The order was exactly as we had placed it and we are very satisfied.
