1 2016 Homeschool Athletics Survey Introduction Page description: You are invited to participate in a survey conducted by the Coalition for Responsible Home Education (CRHE). The purpose of this survey is to investigate homeschool graduates' perspectives on homeschool access to public school athletics. Responses may be used to advocate for allowing homeschoolers to participate in public school athletics programs. This survey is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and who was homeschooled in the United States for at least 1 year. The survey should take approximately 6 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. You are welcome to take the survey at a later date. Your answers will not be counted until you hit 'send' on the survey's final page. You will have the option to provide your name or a pseudonym so that we can quote you in our advocacy materials (see examples here). We may quote anything you enter in a text box. Other than this, the survey will not collect any other personal information. Surveygizmo automatically captures your IP address and your longitude and latitude; these will not be reported in any way.
