Officers contacted 37 y/o Roy Hawkinson (Orland) who stated his ex-girlfriend 35 y/o Stacey Story (Orland) stole his vehicle. At this time, it was determined by O to be a civil matter. Hawkinson was advised of his options. Hawkinson requested to have this documented. OTHER INCIDENT Misc. At this time it was determined by O to be a civil matter. Kropf was advised of her options. O contacted 36 y/o Ruby Lizama who reported her husband 45 y/o Cirilo Lizama had violated the TRO on 08/03/18. O discovered the TRO was not served and provided Ruby with information. The driver 52 y/o Daniel Gomez of Orland was issued a citation for failing to stop at a posted stop sign, expired driver license, and no proof of insurance. Officers contacted the reporting party 52 y/o Naen Phachahn of Orland. Phachahn stated his step-son 35 y/o Phien Khamsavang was upset and broke his own vehicles window. Prior to officer s arrival, Khamsavang had left the scene. Officers were unable to locate the subject/vehicle. PARKING Expired Registration Aug 11, 2018-Saturday at 00:30 Address : Summary : O observed a brown 2004Buick Century parked with expired registration. The registered owner was issued a parking citation. The registered owner was issued a parking citation. ALCOHOL VIOL DUI w/injury greater than.08 Aug 11, 2018-Saturday at 00:33 Address : EAST YOLO STREET Summary : O responded to the report of a traffic collision involving a red 2004 Toyota Corolla and a blue 2009 Honda Civic. 32 y/o Orland resident Maria Delcarmen Montez was travelling west bound on East Yolo Street at Walnut Avenue when she failed to yield to 38 y/o Woodland resident Juan Grajeda-Gonzalez who was turning south onto Walnut Avenue from E. Yolo Street. Montez's Honda collided with Grajeda-Gonzalez's Toyota. Grajeda-Gonzalez and his passenger 39 y/o Woodland resident Gabriela Andrade were transported via ambulance to Enloe Medical Center with complaints of pain. Montez's passenger 36 y/o Orland resident Jessica Montez was also transported via ambulance to Enloe Medical Center with a complaint of pain. Maria Montez was arrested for felony DUI with a BAC of.08% or higher. Maria Montez was booked into the Glenn County Jail on the above-mentioned charge. Per GCSO Dispatch the reporting party advised that 30 y/o Ricardo Carrasco is on parole and is possibly using heroin. Officers contacted Carrasco who admitted to using heroin. After a brief on-scene investigation Wyckoff was arrested for a Felony no bail warrant out of Trinity County and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Wyckoff was transported to the Glenn County Jail where she was booked on the above-mentioned charges.
