He answered all of my questions and was so patient with us during such a difficult time. I highly recommend him and their team. They are pretty good at setting lots of fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out but their actual demo, salvage and cleanup after the job fell short of my expectations. Great company. With all of the snow, it was really difficult them to get down there but they were able to do what they needed to do to make it happen. Very professional and explained the process in detail up front.
