Overall, the working crew did an excellent job other than not putting things back onto the house like they should've,. They were timely, good, and quick with the roof aspect. I called Steven and he was there that night to do an emergency patch on my roof and they fixed it in two days. It was amazing. I do not think they are trustworthy. I think my sister and brother in law are looking at insurance fraud. pesters you months after money work they never did. They promised me at the signing that they would not start the job if there were any signs of rain. The day of the installation, contrary to my wishes after I told them about the weather report, they started the job. I had a leak in many rooms and my ceiling fan fell. I was very displeased. The workmanship was good. The communication was poor. Steve asked to be present when the insurance adjustor came. He spent 2 hours with him. He found things that the insurance adjustor did not. After observing their crews working on other houses, I decided to have them work on my house. Without the window screen issue, they would have received a 5 star rating. When they pit the roof on, they did damage to other parts of my house. They did fix it but it was a hassle to get them out there. These guys were great!!! I had 5 roofers look at my house. The first got only part of it approved the others did nothing., Steve in particular went the extra mile and got all the work approved and paid in full by my insurance company. I am happier with than am I with my Insurance company. Every time we had a question, which was very few, they would meet with us and were very patient. There are other people in the town I've seen having trouble with roofing companies but gets the job done. is excellent! Great customer service, strong quality products, and very efficient. Easy process from start to finish. They are very helpful and easy to work with. they were on time,completed work when they said and clean-up was great Mr. Crowe was very knowledgeable and very kind.
