The crew from Craftsmen, were always very nice, and worked very hard every day that they were here. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get the job done using this company My recent James Hardie siding project was the third major job I've had done by. I previously had them reside and replace the roof on another property. As bee, I was impressed and satisfied. The peace of mind of knowing that a job will be done right is greatly appreciated... Staff was helpful, friendly, communicated well. We hired Craftsman to re-side our entire south Minneapolis home (~2000 s.f. inside) with Hardie board, replacing 75-year-old painted cedar siding.eric the sales guy was terrific at explaining the options, and he used a tablet to show us the different options we had in doing siding, as well as what the... Price, speed and quality. Normally, you don't get all, but with CHI, we found you can have it all. I have had mostly negative experiences with contractors and actually somewhat expected the same when I hired them to do the job. They communicated very well about what to expect during the process and kept me up to date on the schedule. I talked to Jim, Maria, Matt & Elmer. I found all of them very professional and easy to... exceeded our expectations. Upon completion of our project, we felt absolutely certain that we had selected the right company to handle our project. From the sales rep, to the installation crew, to the owner of the company - everyone we encountered was wonderful to work with. They were able to start and complete the work ahead of schedule, they accurately estimated the cost of the work. The only downfall I have encountered is with the cleanup as I continued to find nails in my driveway... We are delighted with our new Hardie siding and are will definitely call future projects.
