In my 30+ years of dealing with vendors, American Home Contractors stands at the top of the list customer service - beyond excellent! exceeded my expectations on my home siding project. The James Hardie siding looks amazing on my home. The original cedar shingles were removed, insulation sheets and "Hardie Wrap", was then put on... My home is in better shape to take on weather then it ever has been..... Tom and his crew did a terrific job. Jan 13, 2016 We were very happy with American Home Contractors. We had gotten 3 cost estimates and American Home came out in the middle. Our project involved new Hardie siding, a new GAF roof, a portico with a curved copper roof, and installation of a decorative oval window. Everything came out beautifully. The project... I love the material of the exterior trim and Hardy plank siding. What a difference over the vinyl that was replaced. I definitely made the right choice with the contractor and the project. Outstanding experience from first sales contact to last clean up. Dave, our project manager, had great suggestions on materials and style, and was an excellent communicator throughout the job so we always knew exactly what was happening. He was also extremely understanding in addressing any concerns throughout the entire process. Thank you an excellent job well done. Super professional staff, excellent installation process and the team was very knowledgeable. Design capabilites were excellent. Cory and Patricio brought th good suggestions which enhanced the overall look of the house. Cory Hammond, our project lead. I had recently been through a nightmarish project dealing with contractors would couldn't communicate, couldn't get it done right the first time, and treated our project like an ATM. Cory and his team from were a breath of fresh air. His start was delayed months by work... All work seems to be of the highest quality, including custom trim, caulking, aluminum cladding on the trim and leafless gutters. Exterior of house looks great and is now virtually maintenance free. Travis did an excellent job of always adhering to my needs and responding to my concerns. If there was any misunderstanding, they took care of it right away and he made sure it got done. Also, the owner stood behind the work to make sure I was satisfied... I reluctantly contracted this work as an obligation necessary to sell the home. If it weren't an easy experience, this expensive undertaking would have been much more of a nightmare. I'd use American again in the future any exterior job. The quality of the work is exceptional. They are very good at working issues out. Tom and his crew have exceptional skills. Dave's interest in getting things done is great and he has great follow-up. The people we dealt with were great. The crew was good and Cory helped us out. Corey and Tom both did a great job. The guys who worked Tom were all hard workers.
