No hard sell which I like.zach Paul was always updating me on the project status and did a great job overseeing the project.joanna and her crew did a great job. The windows look great and they do quality work. Paragon once again did a fantastic job. Work was completed ahead of schedule and looks great. The entire team was great- Les went above and beyond, would be very happy to work with him again. None. Expected a quality job and got it. Les Long was on top of the job from beginning to end. Kevin was always able to come up with an excellent solution to any problem. This was our 3rd job with Paragon. From beginning to end Paragon is On The Spot. They worked well with other contractors I had on site. An example is: I was having extensive lawn and driveway work done. I scheduled this work well ahead bee Paragon's start date. 3 Sep 08, 2018 Sep 08, 2018 Sep 06, 2018 We did a major remodel while still living in our house. Paragon made a difficult situation as bearable as they could. They came on time. Did what they said and cleaned up after. All in a pleasant and professional manner. I actually miss talking to some of the crew! This is my second project with Paragon. Both went smoothly and we are very pleased. There is no loud music and yelling/cursing construction noise, like you hear in many other construction projects I have seen/heard in my neighborhood. They are probably not the cheapest, but we feel we have gotten what... Scott and the three team construction crew (sorry I don t recall their names) were all professional. They listened to my issues and repaired the rotten window problem the right way, which probably wasn t the cheapest way. If you want it done the cheapest way, just enough to cosmetically make it look... The quality and result Project management and scheduling were most exceptional. Exceptional customer service! We are delighted with the final product and will certainly consider using again in the future. Communication; quality of work; ability of work crews. Scott, Zach, Kevin, Veronica, Sean, and Lonny. Also, we d like to recognize Andrew with Oriole Landscaping and his crew. They were very good as well. The deck and paver crews were very professional and attentive to our project, listening to our concerns and questions during the entire project. Scott and Zach came up with timely and creative solutions to changes that came up due to uneseen obstacles. Communication was excellent every step of the... Les Long is awesome! Not everything went perfectly with my project. That's OK. I always felt like Les was there to take care of me. When I had questions, he had answers. When I had concerns, he took care of them. Communication is key and I never felt like Les was ignoring me or "over" communicating... I would like to recognize Joann, Zack, Lynn, and Scott their exceptional service. They were all great guys and were nice. Most of the contractors were exceptional as well. Paragon was an exceptional company. Even with a few issues, they corrected them without any problems. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They kept us inmed every day, and when unexpected issues arose, they gave us options, which they discussed thoroughly with us. I think we met everyone, at some point. Joanna, Jake, Kevin, Veronica, and Lenny worked hard to make our exterior look great and helped me pick colors! Scott planned our deck and patio better than we could have imagined. Jeremy, Shelley and Susan were professional and always quick to answer questions... Very professional, great customer service. Very,very pleased with their work and our house looks fantastic. We're lookin ward to working with them again.
