1 27 th October 2016 NOTICE In continuation to this office notice dated 28 th September 2016, the following addition/deletion in the Admission List may please be noted by the concerned applicants who had applied for admission to this Hall for the session Deletion 1. SANJAY PAL CHAUHAN LL.M. 1 st Year SC Mr. Sanjay Pal Chauhan himself admitted the fact vide his application dated 29 th September 2016 that he is enrolled as professional advocate, so according to Clause of Hand Book of Information & Rules of the Hall , he was/is ineligible on the date of submission of his application in Jubilee Hall. 2. ANOOP LL.B. 1 st Year SC On the basis of records obtained from various reliable sources, it has been ascertained that Mr. Anoop belongs to Delhi, hence is not eligible to be admitted under Rule of Hand Book of Information and Rules Addition 1. 2 6 th October 2016 Revised Admission List Sports Category ( ) In continuation of our notification dated 26 th September 2016, provisionally selecting therein the name of Mr. Pershant Jakhar, M.A. (P) course in Economics, under Sport Category, for admission to this Hall it is further notified that on the recommendation of the Director, Sport Council, the name of 2 nd applicant in merit i.e. Mr. Mohit Futela, M.Sc. (P) course in Chemistry, under Sport Category, is provisionally selected for admission to the Hall as the earlier selected applicant has been admitted to P.G. Men s Hostel. Mr. Futle may note that his admission to the Hall is subject to completion of all the necessary formalities. He is therefore advised to contact the Hall Office in this regard immediately. 5 September First Admission List ( ) The following students have been short-listed for interview for the purpose of admission to the Jubilee Hall for the session They are required to appear for the interview on Thursday, the 29 th September 2016 from 2:30 p.m. onwards in the Conference Room of the Hall. The students are required to get their certificates verified in the Hall Office from 9:30 a.m. onwards on Thursday, the 29 th September The selected students for admission must produce the following documents at the time of verification failing which the students so selected will forfeit their right of admission. 1. Fee receipt from the department or faculty as a proof of having been admitted there. 2. Character certificate from the Head of Department/Institute last attended. In case of M.Phil. / Ph.D. students, character certificate from the respective Head of the Department will be entertained. 3. Date of birth certificate. 4. The marks sheet in original along with attested copies of the same. 5. Submit the No dues and Character certificate from the previous hostel wherever applicable. 6. Domicile certificate OR father s Job ID in case father of applicant is employed with Central/State Government. The list is provisional and in no way guarantees admission to the Hall. Ranking in this list is subject to change in the light of departmental merit lists and corrections, if any. The Claims, if any, against the ranking in the list can be submitted in the Hall Office till Wednesday, the 28 th September 2016 by 12:00 p.m. In case of the claims of the candidates are found valid they will be informed through a notice displayed on the notice board of Jubilee Hall on Wednesday, the 28 th September 2016 by 4:00 p.m. In this connection the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
