Enjoy snacks and drinks while viewing old school photos and sharing memories. Beer, soft drinks, appetizers, chips and pretzels will be provided. WHO IS INVITED? All former students of either St. Andrew or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School are invited. Bring your spouse or a guest. Invite your favorite teachers and spread the word to other SASEAS alumni. WHAT DOES IT COST? We ask a $5.00 donation per person to be paid at the door to cover the cost of the event. Guests are invited to bring a snack to share, if they wish. WHAT SHALL I WEAR? Dress is casual. The evening is informal. SHOULD I RSVP? Reservations are requested but not required. To make reservations call Judy Ivers Johnson at (513) or Chris Moorman Nunner at (513) with your name and telephone number. Mark your calendar for a wonderful evening! Saturday, January 22, 2005 SASEAS ALUMNI RETURN TO ALMA MATER In spite of the bitter, winter weather, over 100 alumni, guests and committee workers from St. Andrew-St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School (SASEAS) met on January 22, 2005 for an evening of reminiscing, catching-up and enjoying the company of old friends. They participated in class photos, a large raffle and split-the-pot; reviewed class photos from earlier years and a historical display of the past 150 years of St. Andrew Parish history. Representing the first St. Andrew School graduation class of 1949 was Barbara Chandler Hammon. The SASEAS 2004 Class was represented by seven graduates: Molly Bush, Thomas Chapman, Meredith Hudson, Sherri Kwong, Jessie Reinert, Kelli Roundtree, and Hannah Schweickart. A special plaque, honoring Rev. Otto J. Herrmann - the impetus behind the construction of both St Andrew and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School - was displayed, and listed the names of the 2004 recipients of the Rev. Otto J. Herrmann Christian Values Scholarship Awards: Alex Breeze and Kelly Zeller. Since the time when St. Andrew School first opened in the Fall of 1948, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in 1960, SASEAS has offered a blending of faith and knowledge to the more than 3000 students who have passed through its doors. St. Andrew-St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is the only two parish - two campus Catholic School in the Cincinnati Archdiocese. Students grades K-5 attend the Seton campus and grade 6-8 attend the St. Andrew campus. Having two campuses allows SESEAS School to operate as both an elementary school and a middle school and enables the teachers and staff to customize enrichment activities, communications and educational themes to the appropriate level of its students. To learn more about SASEAS School, please call for a copy of the school s portfolio or visit the school s website at The SASEAS Alumni Committee is made up of alumni from various years of the school history, with members from both St Andrew and St Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, and is hoping that more alumni will join in their efforts to provide get-togethers and communication to other alumni. Interested alumni, regardless of parish or graduation year, are invited to express their interest in developing future alumni projects by calling their parish office.
