67 N EAST VALLEY The East Valley is one of the fastest growing sectors in the Phoenix metropolitan area. It is projected that the Williams Gateway area will generate nearly 100,000 jobs over the next twenty years. It will become one of the largest employment centers in the Valley. The towns of Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek have extensive plans for residential and commercial development. The Airport is expecting to develop a new 300,000 passenger terminal. DRAFT
