Feedback received from the faculties is placed before the Departmental Committee to revise the curriculum. b. Students on staff every academic year feedback is obtained by the IQAC and the findings are communicated to the faculty individually every year. The feedback is taken into account for confirmation/ promotion. c. Alumni and employers on the programmes offered and how does the department utilize the feedback? Our Research Scholars, Tutors undergo hands on training sessions outside Tamilnadu. (Manipal, North Eastern States) 49. Our MA course is the only course available in the country and we are able to attract lot of foreign students. We teach some special subjects like Ethics, Yoga and Tamil Philosophy so that the values are inculcated among the students 51. Strength: Competency of the faculty and introduction of innovative courses Weakness: Shortage of staff Opportunities: Attracts international scholars to study Indian Philosophy.
