Although approved at the national level in 1972, this reorganization and name change did not fully take effect in Michigan until 1 January Scope Note: The subject file contains such materials minutes of the Executive Committee, newsletters, yearbooks (annual reports/directories), financial records, and records of committees. Topics include organizational matters, annual meetings, elected leadership training, and the work of conference and district missionaries (including a significant file of missionary letters giving updates on activities). A separate series contains extensive material about the annual School of Christian Mission conducted by the UMW.
