G.O.Ms.No.171, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.79, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.165, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.205, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Ms.No.93, Finance (Pension) Department, dated G.O.Rt.No.695, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated From the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai-35 Letter Rc No.4100/2014/PNHIS, dated ORDER: -ooo- In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued for implementing New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners with effect from and also inter alia 635 hospitals have been approved for undergoing accredited treatments /Surgeries under this scheme. In the said order it was also ordered that the additional list of approved hospitals and list of deleted hospitals, if any covered under this scheme will have to be notified and also hosted in the websites of Government of Tamil Nadu in Finance Department, Treasuries and Accounts Department, United India Insurance Company Limited, Chennai and Third Party Administrator for reference from time to time. 2. In the G.O. second read above, Government has also approved the 22 additional hospitals for undergoing accredited treatments/ surgeries under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners based on the recommendations of the Accreditation Committee. 3. In the G.O. third read above, Government has approved the deletion of 10 hospitals and change of name and address of the 7 hospitals under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners. In the G.O. fourth read above, Government has approved the 8 additional hospitals for undergoing accredited treatments/ surgeries under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners based on the recommendations of the Accreditation Committee. 5. In the G.O. fifth read above, Government has approved deletion of 3 hospitals and removal of Hysterectomy procedure in various Apollo Hospitals and change of name of the hospital under New Health Insurance scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners. 6. In the G.O. sixth read above, Government has approved the 72 additional hospitals and inclusion of additional speciality in the existing hospital under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners based on the recommendation of the Accreditation Committee. 7. In the G.O seventh read above, Government has approved the 81 additional hospitals and inclusion of additional specialities in one existing hospital for the Government Employees under the New Health Insurance Scheme, In the letter eight read above, the Principal Secretary / Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai has sent proposal to the Government for empanelment of list of 81 additional Hospitals and inclusion of additional specialities in one existing hospital based on the recommendation of the Accreditation Committee for empanelment of Hospitals. 9. The Government after careful consideration of the recommendation of the Accreditation Committee, have decided to include 81 (Eighty one) additional Hospitals and additional specialities in one existing hospital already approved, as detailed in the Annexure I & II to this order, for availing the assistance under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners and issue orders accordingly.
