3 VISITING TEAM INFORMATION VISITING TEAM QUESTIONNAIRE Please complete the attached Visiting Team Questionnaire and return to Tyler Wessel via for fax (305) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PARKING Team parking will be available in the athletic department parking lot along San Amaro Drive. Vehicles will not be ticketed after 4:00 PM on weekdays or anytime during the weekend. For tournaments that occur before 4:00 PM on a weekday, day parking passes will be provided when you arrive. Please indicate number of vehicles on the questionnaire. PRE-GAME WARM-UP Each team will be allotted a set time before each game in which it may use to warm up. An exact timing sheet will be provided for you when you arrive, posted both on the locker room door and the team bench. Any questions regarding the timing sheet should be relayed to the game manager right away. PRACTICE REQUEST If you would like practice time before a match, please indicate so on the questionnaire.

Exit onto LeJeune and head south and turn right onto Ponce de Leon Blvd (just before the Metrorail). Go 1.7 miles and turn right onto San Amaro Drive (Hurricane Drive). The Hecht Athletic Center and Knight Sports Complex are a quarter mile on the right. FROM THE NORTH Take US-1 (South Dixie Hwy) south and take a right on Alhambra Drive (under the metro rail). At the light, take a left onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. At the following light, turn right onto San Amaro Drive (Hurricane Drive). The Hecht Athletic Center and Knight Sports Complex are a quarter mile on the right. FROM THE SOUTH Take US-1 (South Dixie Hwy) north and take a left on Alhambra Drive (under the metro rail). At the light, take a left onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. At the following light, turn right onto San Amaro Drive (Hurricane Drive).
