4 INSTITUTO FRANKLIN-UAH Founded in 1987 as the only University Research Institute on American Studies in Spain. Its activity focuses on postgraduate research and implementation of graduate and undergraduate programs. Its mission is to serve as a platform for communication, cooperation and union between Spain and North America, in order to promote mutual understanding. It hosts around 500 international students per year. More than 30 US universities participate in our Study Abroad Programs 30 years working with Study Abroad Students
