7 Our Program s Mission We are a community program leader in orthopaedic didactics, surgical experience, and published research. This is accomplished through a foundation in education and early/often/diverse general and sub-specialty surgical experience Excellent operative and clinical training with emphasis on collegial professional relationships and resident work/life balance Provide residents with the resources to develop research and subspecialty interests Ultimately, to train orthopaedic surgeons with excellent clinical and operative skills who can successfully enter practice or obtain the fellowship of their choice
