The most notable ingredient in his upbringing is an extraordinarily large extended family. He married Marthajane Evinger of Carthage, Missouri, and they have three daughters: Tara, Leah, and Hope. 2. At the request of the OSRHE Chancellor, Randall serves as the repository for the ACCS academic records. The Accreditation Commission action granted 10 years accreditation beginning in Chaired Self-Study process, which culminated in on-site peer evaluation for initial accreditation by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. The Accreditation Commission granted 5 years accreditation in Chaired Self-Study process, which culminated in on-site peer evaluation and initial candidacy for accreditation by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools Co-Directed a successful appeal of a negative action on accreditation by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
