The Trade (Licensing) (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Instrument, (Under section 30(3) of the Trade (Licensing) Act, Cap. 101) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 30(3) of the Trade Licensing Act, Cap. 101, this Instrument is made this 6th day of September, Title and commencement. (1) This Instrument may be cited as the Trade (Licensing) (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Instrument, (2) This Instrument shall come into force on the 1st day of January, Amendment of Schedule to the Trade (Licensing) Act.
