3 Purdue University Northwest Hammond Campus Map Text Description: Area Map: The Purdue University Northwest Hammond Campus is bordered by 169th Street on the north, Woodmar Avenue on the west, Wicker Avenue on the east. The far south end of the campus is bordered by Interstates 80/94 and 173rd Street cuts through the lower third of the campus. Three buildings are located outside these borders. They include: the Indianapolis Blvd. Counseling, housing the Couple and Family Therapy, at 7030 Indianapolis Boulevard the Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence for at 7150 Indianapolis Boulevard, and the Purdue Northwest Athletics Complex at Dowling Park, at 175th and Parrish Avenue. Campus Map Academic Buildings: The main academic classroom buildings are located along Woodmar Avenue, south of 169th Street and north of 171st. Traveling south from 169th Street in the Northwest Corner of campus, along Woodmar Avenue, you will find the Anderson Building, the Classroom Office Building, the Powers Building, housing the for Innovation through Visualization and Simulation (CIVS). the Potter Building, the Gyte Annex, and the Gyte Building. Directly east of the Gyte Building, north of 171st Street is Porter Hall.

4 Student Union & Library & Lawshe Hall: The Student Union & Library is located south of the academic buildings. Administrative offices including the Registrar are in Lawshe Hall, on Woodmar, north of 173rd. Community Services Building & University Police: On the north east side of the campus, the Community Services Building is located on Schneider Avenue, north of 169th Street. The Schneider Avenue Building is located on Schneider Avenue south of 169th Street and houses Human Resources, The Energy Efficiency & Reliability and The Water Institute at Purdue Northwest, and University Police. The University Police Station is located on the east side of the Schneider Avenue Building, with the entrance off Osborn Avenue. University Services: The University Services Building is located just south of 169th Street to the Northwest of Wicker Avenue. South Campus: South campus is bordered by 173rd Street on the North and Interstates 80/94 to the south. Moving south from 173rd, east of Woodmar, you will find the Fitness and Recreation, the White Lodging for Hospitality and Tourism Management Building which also houses the Challenger Learning. University Village Housing is located to the east of the Fitness, with Peregrine Hall and Griffin Hall. Parking: Most of the parking on campus is open, with some restricted lots near Lawshe Hall. Parking lots on the north campus are available just south of the University Services Building and the University Police Station, and east of the Anderson, Classroom Office and Potter buildings. The 169th Street Parking Garage is located at the corner of Wicker Ave and 171st Street. Parking is available south of the Student Union and Library Building and south and east of Lawshe Hall, north of 173rd. There is additional parking outside the Fitness and University Village Housing, south of 173rd. 5 Purdue University Northwest Westville Campus Map Text Description: Campus Map: Purdue University Northwest Westville Campus is bordered on the west by U.S. Highway 421. There are two entrances to the campus off the highway, North Drive and South Drive. The North Drive entrance is located just south of the Indiana Toll Road, (I 90). The South Drive entrance is located several miles north of the intersection of 421 and Route 2. North Drive is the closest to the Library and Schwarz Hall. The South Drive entrance is the closest to the Dworkin. Within the campus, Purdue Drive joins North and South Drive, running the length of the campus, parallel to U.S Campus Buildings Campus Police & Physical Facilities North Drive continues east from 421 until it reaches University Drive which runs to the northwest and to the southwest. Travelling northwest on University Drive, Shakespeare s Garden, and the Bard s Pond are to the east and just north of the pond is the Maintenance Grounds Shops Facility. Travelling southwest on University Drive, from North Drive, the Facilities Services and Campus Police Building is to the east. Academic Buildings The main academic buildings are located south of North Drive, just east of the main parking lots. Schwarz Hall and the Library Student Faculty Building are just south of North Drive and east of Purdue Drive. The Library Student Faculty Building is east of Schwarz Hall. The Technology Building is to the south of Schwarz and south of Central Drive. South Campus Buildings: The James B. Dworkin Student Services and Activities Complex (DSAC) is directly south of the Technology Building, to the east of Purdue Drive. South of South Drive and southeast of DSAC is the North Central Veterinary Emergency Clinic. Hicks Field baseball diamond and the basketball courts are directly south of the intersection of South Drive and Purdue Drive.

6 Parking: There are nine (9) parking lots on the Westville campus, labelled one through nine. The lots are positioned to the west of the buildings. Some parking spots in each lot are reserved for those with A Parking permits. These are the spots closest to the buildings. Lot 1 is located just south of North Drive and north of Schwarz Hall and the Library Student Faculty Building Lot 2 is just north of North Drive, just past the traffic circle Lot 3 is just south of North Drive off Purdue Drive Lots 4 and 5 are just southwest of Schwarz Hall and east of the Technology Building Lots 6 and 7 are just south of the Technology Building and west of the Dworkin.
