Fencing will extend around the perimeter of the building while the building envelope renovation takes place. 2 UNIVERSITY UNION CONSTRUCTION University Union and Lot #4. Sharon Kirkpatrick August 2015 to November 2015 Work for the removal and replacement of roofing due to hail storm damage may cause obstruction of walkways. 6 WEST HALL EXTERIOR WORK North, east, and west exterior sides of West Hall. Street and sidewalk closures to be expected. 8 AVENUE D STREET CLOSURE Avenue D between Eagle Drive and Maple Street. Janna Morgan Permanent Closure Street closed due to construction of Rawlins Hall. The closure of this section will maintain ADA access to the Gateway building. City of Denton Utilities September 2015 until further notice Repairs to gas service line will cause closures of at least one lane and may cause obstruction of walkways. 11 NORTH TEXAS BOULEVARD / I-35 INTERSECTION Intersection of North Texas Boulevard and I-35 and various surrounding streets. AGL/City of Denton/Helen Bailey September 2015 to Spring 2017 Realignment of the frontage roads and construction on the new North Texas Boulevard bridge will cause closures of various streets and may cause obstruction of walkways. 12 UNION SITE FENCE RELOCATION North side of University Union construction fence, south of Sage Hall. Harald McFarling October 2015 to November 2015 Temporary relocation of construction fence to allow installation of grease trap may cause obstruction of walkways. Cassandra Nash Nov 2015 until further notice Sidewalk closed on south side of Stovall Hall. Bike lane remains open. Demolition of Stovall Hall may cause obstruction of walkways.
