1 General Education Transfer Equivalencies Century College The College of St. Scholastica accepts credits in transfer to satisfy general education requirements as noted in this guide. Grades earned must be a C or better for transfer. To transfer credits an official transcript must be sent directly to the College. This guide is provided for students who have not completed the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum MnTC and would like to complete the lower division general education requirements at the community college. The College of St. Scholastica accepts the (MnTC) to fulfill the CSS general education requirements except for the Dignitas, religious studies and upper division integrations requirements. The lower division religious studies requirement can be fulfilled by an approved transfer course (see below). Please note that this information is provided as a guide and is subject to change. It is not a formal contract or articulation agreement. If you have any questions about transferring credits to The College of St. Scholastica please contact an admissions counselor at CSS General Education Requirement Century College Courses Approved To Meet Requirement Dignitas* (Required for students entering as first-year students.) General Education Foundations Extended studies, online and transfer students are exempt from this requirement. Extended studies, online and transfer students are exempt from this requirement. World Language* (Required for students entering as first-year students.) Students admitted as first-year students can meet this requirement in any of the following ways: 1. By having completed 3 years of one language in high school 2. By showing proficiency through a placement exam 3. By English not being your first language. 4.
