This fully funded and competitively selected four-day training introduced participants to socio-environmental synthesis research, trained us in creating and integrating case studies into the classroom, and required the formation of teams to write original case studies. These workshops, led by Dr. Robert Bringle, supported faculty s integration of civic education into the curriculum, with tools to work collaboratively with local partners and instruments for assessment.
