1 Terry Bosen, PharmD Program Director, Medication Safety Program Terry holds a PharmD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed an ASHP accredited residency in pharmacy practice at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. She later worked at UCLA Medical Center as the Supervisor of Surgical Satellites in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Bosen transitioned to Vanderbilt in 2006 working initially as a staff pharmacist in VUH and then as VUH Satellite Pharmacy Supervisor. Terry s practice interests include medication safety, opioid utilization oversight, optimizing smart pump libraries and PDCA cycles. Terry precepts the medication safety program Andrea Bryant, PharmD, MBA, MHA Executive Director, Business Operations Andrea holds a B.S. Pharmacy from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and PharmD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. 2 Sheree Foster, DPh Manager, Compliance and Process Improvement Sheree Foster, DPh, holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee. She has more than 30 years of experience in pharmacy management roles at Vanderbilt and has served as Pharmacy Manager for Compliance and Process Improvement since In this role, she is responsible for compliance with regulatory standards as well as the review and development of medication related policy per best practice guidelines. Dr. Fosteris a TSHP Past President and a current member of TPA, TSHP and ASHP. Sheree s practice interests include pharmacy management, regulatory compliance, medication safety, and quality improvement. Sheree precepts the compliance and regulatory program Leah Ingram, PharmD, MBA Director, Ambulatory and Oncology Pharmacy Services Leah holds a PharmD from Mercer University and a MBA degree from Tennessee Technological University. Leah completed her prepharmacy coursework at Middle Tennessee State University. Leah has been actively involved in TSHP/TPA, including serving as TN delegate to ASHP for two years. Leah has also served as chair for the THA Pharmacist Coalition as well as an appointed member to the NCCN Pharmacy Directors Forum and Vizient s Ambulatory Pharmacy Development Committee. 3 Tara Kelley, PharmD Director, Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy Tara holds a B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a PharmD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed an ASHP accredited residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and is a Certified Specialty Pharmacist. She is currently completing the MMHC program at the Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt University. Tara s practice interests include specialty pharmacy management, advancing pharmacist practice, and patient adherence and outcomes. Tara precepts the specialty pharmacy rotation Molly Knostman, PharmD, MHA Director, VUH Pharmacy Operations Molly holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and PharmD from University of Colorado. 4 Bob Lobo, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS Director, Clinical Programs Bob graduated from University of Nebraska College of Pharmacy and completed an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency training program at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Following residency he accepted a position as a pharmacist at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. At Methodist Bob helped to establish clinical pharmacy services to adult inpatient psychiatric, geriatric, neurologic, and internal medicine patients. He also served on the faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and was a preceptor for students and residents, as well as a residency program director. Bob transitioned from clinical practice to a clinical leader role in 2006 and relocated to Nashville in 2008 where he currently serves as Director, Clinical Programs in the Department of Pharmaceutical Services at Vanderbilt. Bob s practice interests include clinical program development, medication use policy, clinical decision support and oversight of educational programs for students, residents and staff. Bob precepts the clinical program management rotation Jim Manfred, BSPharm Director, Melrose Support Service Facility Jim Manfred graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Pharmacy. He has worked in pharmacy for 39 years. He started at a small Walgreens Agency chain, migrated to a regional hospital group and then went to Walgreens itself for 16 years. Looking for a more patient centered practice, Jim moved on to CHD Meridian where he worked in employer specific pharmacy practice for 12 years. He then went to a small specialty pharmacy which eventually led him to Vanderbilt University Medical Center Pharmaceutical Services. At Vanderbilt he supervises the Retail, Specialty, and Multi-Contract Pharmacy Department facility that supports the daily operations for Vanderbilt s Specialty and Retail pharmacies. Jim precepts the 340B, logistics and retail pharmacy management program Vanderbilt University Medical Center
5 Erin Neal, PharmD Manager, Medication Management at Vanderbilt Health RX Solutions Erin holds a B.S. degree from Sewanee-The University of the South, a PharmD from Auburn University, and an MMHC degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Erin completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency at Vanderbilt and has held a number of staff, clinical and management positions with the department during her tenure. Erin s practice interests include medication therapy management, population health, drug cost management for payors, and patient compliance and outcomes. Erin precepts the population health management program Carson Padgett, PharmD, MS, BCPS Manager, Clinical Operations Carson received her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration (HSPA) residency at the University of Kansas Hospital, and received a MS in Pharmacy Practice from the University of Kansas. She is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy. Carson coordinates the Unit Based and Emergency Department pharmacy services. 6 Mark Sullivan, PharmD, MBA, FASHP, BCPS Executive Director, Inpatient and Clinic Pharmacy Operations Residency Program Director, HSPA program Mark holds a B.S. from University of Tennessee at Martin, a B.S. Pharmacy from Auburn University, and PharmD from the University of Mississippi. He received his MBA from the Massey School of Business at Belmont University. Mark has served in a number of committee and leadership roles in ASHP, TSHP (past president), and the THA Pharmacist Coalition (inaugural chair).
