2 "HELMET AWARENESS RALLY" ALONG WITH SALEM CITY TRAFFIC POLICE: ( ) As a part of the service to the community to educate and create an awareness among the public regarding the Helmet Awareness Rally. The NSS volunteers of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy are participated in the rally along with Salem City Traffic Police on Friday morning. This rally was inaugurated by The Commissioner of Police, Mr. A.C Mahali and proceeded by NSS program officer Mr.L.Janarthanan, Dr. M.Kumar, HOD, Dept. of Pharmaceutical chemistry & Mr.R.Thangadurai. In this rally 50 students NSS volunteers are actively participated. The students raised various plugcard about Helmet awareness, while riding the vehicle which exhibits the awareness to public regarding Helmet. This rally was started from Commissioner Bungalow to ends in Salem Collectorate.

3 No Alcohol (Mini Marathon): (11 Feb 2018) Here we participate non alcoholic day contacting salem city police MINI MARATHON on Sunday morning 6.00am at Gandhi stadium, Salem- DT. Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy our Girls-20 students, Boys-52 students and staff participated this mini marathon (Girls-4km, Boys-6km).

4 "PULSE POLIO PROGRAM"- PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE AT KANNANKURICH: and In view of Polio drops on and , The Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, NSS programme officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, Assist. Prof, Mr. P.Palanisamy, Assist. Prof, Dr.K.Sriram Assist. Prof, Mr. G.Anandraj, lecture and Volunteers along with primary health centre at Kannankurichi to give a drops to all child present in the village below 5 years.

5 Blood Donation Camp Report: (26 Feb 2018) The Blood Donation camp was organized by NSS unit of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem along with GMKMC Hospital on The camp was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem, Dr. Ravindharan, Medical Officer, blood bank GMKMC Hospital, Mr.V.V. Sanmugasudharam, Block health supervisor and Mr.Prabu, Health officer. The camp was arranged by NSS Programme Officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, HOD'S Dr. B.R.Balakrishnan, Dr. M.Kumar, Dr. B. Arul, Dr.R.Kothai and NSS units conducted Blood Donation camp in Vinayaka Misssion s College of Pharmacy Auditorium on In this camp 71 volunteers Participated and 71 units (Worth of minimum Rs 56800/-) of Blood donated on Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem have actively participated and made this event a grand success.

7 NSS SPECIAL CAMP: (19 to ) A Special camp was organized by NSS unit of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy from to at Thamari Nagar, Kondappanaickenpatty village. With the blessings of our beloved Chairman Late Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram, Vinayaka Missions University, Mrs. Annapoorani Shanmugasundaram and Vice-Chancellor Dr. V.R.Rajendran, the special camp was inaugurated by Mr Dr. B. Jaykar, Registrar, Prof. P.Selvam, NSS Coordinator, Ex Panchayat President Mr.N.Verabuthran, Member Mr.K.VGanashekaran of Kondappanaickenpatty Village, Prof., Dr. B.S. Venkateswarlu, Principal and NSS Programme Officer Mr.L.Janarthanan, Assist. Prof Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy on Dr. B.R.Balakrishnan, HOD of Pharmacognosy, Dr.M.Kumar, HOD of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Dr.B.Arul, HOD of Pharmacy Practices, Dr. R.Kothai, HOD of Pharmacology & Mr. M. Krishnan, Administrative Officer offered their felicitations and actively participated in the special camp and Total camp actively participated Staffs Mr.S.Ragu, Assist. Prof, Mr.R.Thangadhurai, Physical Director and 50 NSS volunteers from our Institution doing Bachelor of Pharmacy course were actively participated in the special camp.

10 DENTAL CAMP: (26,27, and ) The Dental camp was organized by NSS unit of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem along with Vinayaka Missions Sankarachariyar Dental College Hospital on 26,27, and The camp was inaugurated by Prof. Dr.B.S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem, Dr. Rajeshwari, VMSDC Hospital,Salem. The camp was arranged by NSS Programme Officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, HOD'S Dr. B.R.Balakrishnan, Dr.M.Kumar, Dr.B.Arul, Dr.R.Kothai and NSS units conducted Dental camp in Vinayaka Misssion s College of Pharmacy "Seminar Hall" on 26,27, and In this camp more than 500 Students Benefitted (Worth of minimum Rs 40000/-) of Dental camp on Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem have actively participated and made this event a grand success.

12 WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY: ( ). NSS Unit of Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy celebrated "World Environment Day" on by 10am at our college campus. This program me was inaugurated by Prof. Dr.B.Jaykar, Register. VMRF(DU). Prof. Dr. B.S.Venkateswarlu, Principal. HOD. Dr.M.Kumar, Assist. Prof. L.Janarthanan NSS Unit Programmer officer, Mr.P.Senniappn, Mr.S.Raghu, Mr.G.Anandharaj and Physical Director Mr.R.Thangadhurai, Teaching and non teaching, internees and NSS Volunteers and more than 100 Students contributed in the programme.

16 INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY: ( ) NSS Unit of Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy celebrated "International Yoga Day" on by 10an at our college campus. Mrs.Geetha, Isha yoga chapter has invited as yoga trained our college students and faculties. This program me was inaugurated by Prof. Dr.B.S.Venkateswarlu,Principal. Dr.B.R.Baalakrishnan,HOD, Dr.M.Kumar,HOD, Dr.B.Arul,HOD, Dr.R.Kothai,HOD, Assist.Prof.L.Janarthanan NSS Unit Programmer officer, Lecture Mr.Gunasekaran, Assist.Prof.Mr.S.Alexander and Physical Director Mr.R.Thangadhurai, Teaching and non teaching, internees and NSS Volunteers and more than 130 number Participate in the programme.

Prof, Volunteers along with our Staffs Cleaning the College Campus and create the awareness to all the student.

20 National Deworming Day Report: ( ) The National Deworming Day was contacted on by NSS unit of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem, HOD Dr.M.Kumar and NSS programme officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, Assist. Prof, Volunteers along with Mr.V.V. Sanmugasudharam, Block health supervisor and Mr.Prabu, Health officer at primary health centre at Kannankurichi to given the Deworming Tablet (Albentazole) to all the students. More than 500 Students benefited this camp.

22 72 th INDEPENDENCE DAY: ( ) NSS Unit of Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy celebrated "72 TH Independence Day " on by 8.45am at our college campus. This programme was hoisted the flag by Prof. Dr.B.Jaykar, Register. VMRF(DU). Prof. Dr. B.S.Venkateswarlu, Principal and Teaching and non teaching, Students contributed in the 72 th Independence Day programme.

29 SWAYAM PRABHA: ( ) The Swayam Prabha was contacted on by NSS unit of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem and we explain the swayam prabha is a group of 32 DTH channels devoted to telacasting of channel No:19-28 are sciences oriented high-quality educational programmes on 24 7 basis using the gsat-15 satellite, and Mr.V.Karthikeyan, Assist. Prof, and NSS programme officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, Assist. Prof, Volunteers along with our students I-B.Pharm,, I-Pharm.D more than 130 Students participated and they are benefited.

31 TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION: ( ) NSS Unit of Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy celebrated " TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION" on by 2.00pm at our college campus. This programme was Students celebrated and inaugurated by Prof. Dr. S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem, Deportment HOD'S, Teaching, non teaching staff's and Students participated this programme.

34 NATIONAL UNITY DAY: ( ) NSS Unit of Vinayaka Mission's College of Pharmacy, Salem. Organised Rashtiya Ekta Diwas " NATIONAL UNITY DAY " pledge programme to celebrate the birthday of Sardar Valladhbhai patel ji on by am at our college campus. This Program was was organized by NSS Unit programme officer Mr L.Janarthanan, Asst.Prof, Prof. Dr. B.S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, Prof. Dr. B.R.Balakrishnan. HOD Department of Pharmacognosy, Prof. Dr. M.Kumar. HOD of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Prof. Dr. R.Margretchandra. HOD Department of Pharmaceutics, Prof. Dr. M.V.Kumudhavalli. About 100 NSS volunteers and teaching and Non teaching staffs are taken this pledge.

36 Dengu Awareness Program: (October-2018) As a part of the service to the community to educate the public and create an awareness among the public regarding the Dengu Awareness Program the NSS volunteers of Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy organized a awareness Program on Along with Government Primary Health Centre, Kannankurichi. The Program was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. B.S.Venkateshwarlu, Principal, and felicitated the program Prof. Dr. M.Kumar. HOD of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy, Salem, and Mr.V.V. Sanmugasundharam, Block Health Supervisor and Mr.Prabu, Health officer. This Program was started from our Vinayaka Mission s College of Pharmacy to Kondappanaickenpatty to Kannankurichi Primary Health Centre and various places of Kannankurichi. This Program was organized by NSS programme officer Mr. L.Janarthanan, Asst. Prof, Mr. S.Ragu. Asst. Prof, Mr. V.Sankar, Lecturer and Mr. R.Balasubramaniam, Lab Assistant. In this program more than 75 students NSS volunteers are actively participated. The students raised various slogans on Dengu awareness, while walking which exhibits the awareness to public regarding Dengu and they are issuing awareness notice. This program was appreciated by the public.
