Send form in anyway and let us know circumstances, sometimes we can adjust other groups to make room for you I don t know how many will turn out for my event Which room should I choose? Use your best guess The MSAC team may suggest a room based on their experience Let the MSAC team know in advance if significantly more or fewer participants are expected, so you have the best room for your meeting Must the meeting and presenter be based in Vancouver, or can I book and run a meeting from my distributed site? Meeting organizers and presenters can be at any site Student hosts at the distributed sties will need to know how to do basic VC procedures, and be a half-hour before the presentation to trouble-shoot any AV issues with Scott in Vancouver
