Student Union Garrett Hall University Avenue at North Oak Street Medical Emergency - A non-student refused medical Disturbance - A student was issued a Student Conduct for threatening another student and causing a disturbance. Medical Emergency - An employee refused medical Traffic Violation - A non-student was issued a state citation for no license plate. Student Union Theft - A non-student reported a theft of wallet. Disturbance - Two students were found to be in a disturbance over a phone. Both subjects were issued Student Conduct s :56 PM 1:56 PM Alumni Field to North Oaks Medical Center by a family member :53 PM 6:53 PM Off Campus Sexual Assault - A student reported being sexually assaulted at an off campus location. The student was provided services from the University Counseling Center. Due to the location of the incident, the case was referred to Hammond PD. Page 3 of 7

Harassment - A student reported another student for harassing them online. Both parties were issued Student Conduct s. In the course of the arrest, the juvenile damaged a police unit.
