13 Fees include: Items listed below are included in the fees (as explained on page 12). For further information, please refer to the detailed program flyer of the school. There will be no reduction of fees for unused items. Tuition fees, teaching materials and practical uniforms Accommodation on campus Full board (all meals), including meals during excursions Outdoor activities, field trips and excursions Return transfer by mini bus from the closest airport to the campuses: Les Roches Bluche: Geneva Airport (GVA) Les Roches Marbella: Malaga Airport (AGP) Glion Switzerland: Geneva Airport (GVA) Glion London: London Heathrow (LHR) Program certificate Flights between campuses if participating in a 2-week multi-campus program Fees do not include: Pocket money Health insurance Travel insurance Laundry costs Airport transfers in home country and flights to/ from home country Costs for visa requirements HEALTH & TRAVEL INSURANCE It is mandatory that all students have their own personal health & travel insurance. Please provide copies with the Summer Experience application form. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation, we will refund the total amount of the program if the cancellation is made prior to 31 st May 2018 in writing to the Admissions Department. 50% of the full amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the start of the program. No refund will apply if the cancellation occurs after this date. Terms & Conditions Payment of the full fee must be made 15 days after receipt of invoice. A maximum of 56 students are permitted to be enrolled for the London course. A waiting list will be implemented once the maximum number of students is reached, and payment of the full fee guarantees a place. 13 Summer Experience 2018

14 Admission requirements: Age Between 15 and 19 years old. Valid Passport Must hold a valid passport. Nationals of any country can apply and follow the process for obtaining a visa for Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain, China and USA if required. English Language Qualifications If English is not your first language, or if you have not spent the last three years studying in a school where English is the primary language of instruction, please enclose a copy of one of the following: International English language test (IELTS): 4.5 Test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL): 450 First Cambridge exam: Grade C A letter of recommendation from a high school teacher could also be considered Valid Health Insurance How to apply Complete Your Application Complete your Summer Experience application form as soon as possible. Proof of English If you do not have one, your counselor can attest to your English level. Parent/Legal Guardian Consent If you are under 18, have your parent/legal guardian fill in and sign the parental consent and declaration. Download the forms: Les Roches: Glion: Acceptance Letter Along with your acceptance letter, you will receive a welcome package and your invoice. Arrange Payment Within 15 days after receipt of invoice. Arrival on Campus The start of your Summer Experience.
