4 CLASSES Our qualified teachers will help you improve your English language skills and there is a greater emphasis on interaction and communication in the lessons. The average age of our students in the summer at our Lady Margaret Hall campus is 17 although we do cater for all ages. 5 Example activity program: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday * Guided Walking Tour and Oxford Trail, Visit to Bleheim Palace, Ice Skating, Visit to the Botanic Gardens, Sports and Chessington World of Adventures (Theme park). OTHER OPTIONS IN THE AFTERNOONS: You can join group lessons to focus on conversation and listening skills. You can have one-to-one lessons with a private teacher in a subject area such as Business English, Academic English, Exam English, etc. You can explore Oxford on your own, or with friends and classmates. NOTE: All under-18 students are strongly advised to attend a full time programme (15hrs of morning lessons + afternoon lessons/activities). Any under-18 student choosing not to attend afternoon activities/lessons must have written permission from their parents or guardians because CIE offer no alternative arrangements in the afternoon. If the student is staying with family or friends while in Oxford, a tuition-only option is available that doesn t include accomodation or activities. 4

6 OUR CENTRE 5 In the summer you will have the opportunity to study at Oxford University's Lady Margaret Hall (LMH). It is well known for its beautiful gardens and has facilities such as tennis courts and football pitches for you to use.

7 ACCOMMODATION During your studies at CIE, we will arrange for you to stay with an English fam-ily, having breakfast and the evening meal with them. During mealtimes, you can chat with your host family about your day and life in England.
