1 After School Clubs 31st October th December October 2016 Dear Parents/Carers We have some new and exciting after school clubs starting on our return to school after the half term holidays together with some existing clubs which are continuing. Details of the clubs are shown below. Chloe is a former Dance Teacher/Choreographer at KT Dance Academy in Holmfirth. The children will be practicing towards Strictly Pennine which will be performed at The Lawrence Batley Theatre in February/March next year. DANCERS WE NEED YOU! *Netball training at the club is aimed at training for a Hi Five tournament to be held later in the school year. Those attending the club will be considered for team selection. *SCRAPtastic is a fairly new club by fairandfunky which involves children making and creating things out of junk and scrap from Yoghurt Pot Puppets, to Magnificent Mobiles, from Funky Fish, to Bottle Top Bugs! 2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ: If you would like to reserve a place at one of clubs, please return the appropriate reply slip to the school office. If places are available we will allocate one to your child and send a confirmation slip back to you by Friday 16 December. You will then be able to log in to your account and make payment for the club. Please note places for all clubs will be offered on a first come first served basis. Can parents/carers please also ensure they pick up children personally from the front entrance as coaches have a number of children to dismiss and need to ensure children are safely handed over.
