3 NLSE SUMMER PACKAGES are designed for those who wish to improve their English within a short period of time and to experience the greatest progress. Our packages are particularly suitable for those who find summer holidays a great opportunity to tackle their language problems and to apply what was learnt in the class during the social activities. The summer courses start on Monday 26th of June and finish on Friday 18th of August. Students may choose from 1 to 8 weeks. Our teachers use a variety of techniques and activities which engage young learners and make the learning process effective and fun! comprise a mix of various language games, conversational activities, grammar and vocabulary focus and work on all 4 skills. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND TRIPS are organised for every afternoon to help young learners to practise their English in real-life situations. Students will have a chance to discover London s finest attractions and boost their cultural knowledge. They will visit museums, galleries, historical places, parks and many more. JUNIOR SUMMER COURSES (12-16 YEARS OLD): only Some of the students might have been to London before or have their own activities booked. Thus, we have created an option of taking only without social activities. 6 ADULT SUMMER COURSES (16 years old +) : + Social For adults we offer 3 language courses to include in their summer package: General English course, Cambridge exams preparation course or IELTS Preparation course. The package includes English course (Mon-Fri; 15 hours a week from to 12.45) Social activities every Friday from to Welcome party Course materials End of course report Certificate of attendance ENGLISH COURSES are designed according to the highest standards and suitable for those who wish to improve their ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations in English. The main focus of the courses is to engage students in conversations using real-life vocabulary and structures. Different techniques and systems are designed to develop students confidence and to make them use the four skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. IELTS PREPARATION COURSE is designed specifically for those who wish to be fully prepared for the IELTS exam. The main focus of IELTS preparation course is to help learners to develop and practise all four skills - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing - and get ready for the exam. Students can also benefit from our reasonably priced mock exams. (Mock exams are not included in summer packages). SOCIAL ACTIVITIES are developed for our students to meet people from other nationalities. Students have the opportunity to participate in social events that help them to develop their skills outside the classroom, boost the cultural knowledge and visit London s finest attractions, including museums, galleries, parks, historical places and many more. 8 Cambridge Exams preparation courses 1.Placement test Before joining any course you need to complete a placement test/consultation. The test is free of charge and takes about 1 hour: a written part (30 min), an oral part (15 mins) and a free consultation. The result of the placement test helps us make a better assessment of your level of English. During the consultation we summarise your needs, weaknesses and strengths. In such a way, we are able to advise on the course most suitable for you. You will need to complete the test before the commencement of the course. We can arrange the placement test via Skype and if you are unable to visit us. You can book the test - online (you need to complete the online registration form. It includes: Completing the full payment based on the number of weeks or lessons you have chosen to pay for. Copy of your ID/passport and a proof of eligibility to stay in the UK (if applicable). Signing terms and conditions. Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Credit cards are accepted, subject to 3% surcharge. Placement test and the registration must be completed before the starting date of your course. How to get here?
