This application form is for full-time English courses (15 hours+ per week). We can consider your application only if you complete all the required sections of this application and provide all the details and documents that we ask for in each section. If you are in the UK, you can also apply by EIS test and interview; contact / 7305 / 7364 to arrange an appointment. If outside the UK, you should apply at least 4 weeks before your planned start date, earlier if there is a UK holiday period between application and start date. In all cases, you must complete sections A, B, C, D, E & G.
