1 Mapleview Intermediate School Intramural Activity Coordinator, Mrs. Jochimsen ext Mapleview will be offering an intramural basketball program after school for two days each week. Practices will begin when we return to school from winter break in January and end with games against Woodland in February. Specific details about the games will come home with players during the season. Monday & Wednesday (January 3 - February 7)- 5th & 6th grade Boys Tuesday & Thursday (January 4 - February 8)- 5th & 6th grade Girls *NO practice on January 24 or 25 due to parent-teacher conferences Practices will be held immediately after school, and we ask that parents/guardians arrive at Mapleview to pick up students promptly at 4:00. Please pick students up by the gym doors on Main Street, unless they walk or bike. Players will be taught the basic elements of basketball including, dribbling, passing, defense and shooting.
