EXAM PREPARATION COURSE MADRID - SALAMANCA - ALICANTE DELE 30 LESSONS OF INTENSIVE SPANISH + SPECIFIC DELE LESSONS The Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) is an official title certifying various degrees of competence and mastery of the Spanish language. This 4 or 6-week course includes a Superintensive course and exam preparation with practice tests. SIELE 20 LESSONS OF INTENSIVE SPANISH + SPECIFIC SIELE LESSONS The International Spanish Language Evaluation Service (SIELE) is an official title that certifies the degree of competence and level of the Spanish language. This 2-week or 4-week course includes intensive course, exam preparation with practice tests STARTING DATES: First Monday of every month, all year round. EXAM DATES 2018: All year-round (tests are taken online) Exam fee is not included in course price and is payable at Instituto Cervantes upon registration (approx. 150 Euros). 10. TRAVEL & STUDY PROGRAM (ANDALUCÍA) MADRID - SALAMANCA - ALICANTE 20 LESSONS PER WEEK This is a 2-week program combining Spanish classes and travelling in Andalucía. The first week offers an intensive Spanish course at Estudio Sampere Madrid, Salamanca or Alicante. The second week involves a combination of classes and travelling from Madrid with a teacher to the South of Spain, visiting Córdoba, Sevilla, Málaga and Granada. SPANISH TEACHER COURSE (120 hours) MADRID - SALAMANCA - ALICANTE This program is a Super-intensive course designed for Spanish teachers who want to learn new methodologies, classroom activities, to organize cultural programs and create materials to teach Spanish as a second language. It consists of 3 weeks of theory andproject workshops followed by a week of a teaching internship. For non-native speakers, a high-intermediate (B2) level of Spanish is required. Airport transfer is included in our Long-term course, Junior & Teen, Teacher Training, Senior and Travel & Study programs. If airport transfer is required outside the established schedules, an additional fee will be charged. 4. In Madrid and Alicante, two students travelling together and staying at the same accommodation will only pay for one trip. 5. The transfer service to Salamanca includes the following journeys: In Madrid: from Madrid-Barajas Airport to bus/train station. In Salamanca: from bus/train station to accommodation. Bus/train tickets are included in the transfer fee. DATES & FEES // INSURANCE For Spain, Estudio Sampere has arranged an insurance policy in conjunction with Guard.me International Insurance. This covers any student aged 13 to 75 years enrolled in a Spanish Language Course at one of our schools in Spain. The cost of the insurance is 65 Euros for every 16 weeks (1 to 16 weeks). Estudio Sampere insurance is compulsory for students who require an entry visa. The European Health Insurance Card makes it easier for people from the European Union s 28 Member States plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland to access healthcare services during temporary visits abroad. Please, make sure you have your card before traveling to Spain. It will help you save time and money, if you fall ill or suffer an injury while in Spain. 38

8 39 DATES & FEES // CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT All enrollments are subject to these conditions. ENROLL NOW HOW TO ENROLL Complete personal details on the registration form. Choose the city and the course/s you wish to attend. Select the start date and duration of your course. Choose the preferred accommodation option, if needed. Please, include meal plan, whether or not you smoke, allergies and any other special requests. This information will help ensure a compatible placement in the home-stay option. Complete arrival details and decide whether you would like a transfer service on arrival. Return the registration form to our representative in your country or to Estudio Sampere (and follow the instructions of our representative or of Estudio Sampere for payment). Pay a 150 Euros deposit, deductable from the total amount of the course (via wire transfer or credit card). CONFIRMATION Upon reception and acceptance of the registration form, the following documents will be sent to our representative or to you: Invoice for the full amount of the fees due. Accommodation address. Student handbook with directions, maps and important information about your stay in Spain. If a STUDENT VISA is required, please note that we will only send these documents after receiving a deposit of 500 Euros. If your Visa application is refused by the Spanish Embassy or Consulate, we will refund the deposit and any other paid fees after the deduction of an administrative charge of 250 Euros, following reception of the refusal letter from the Spanish Embassy or Consulate. CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT Beginners/false beginners must enroll at the start dates indicated on the first page of the brochure. Classes take place in the morning or the afternoon subject to the school s availability. We do our best to respect preferences for a morning or afternoon timetable however we cannot guarantee a particular timetable. School Holidays: Sampere Schools will be closed on National and Local Holidays (except for One-to-One courses) and no compensation, price reduction, refund, credit, additional lessons, or extension of the course will be given for lessons or days when the school is closed because of holidays printed in our brochure and price list. Fees: course and accommodation fees should be received by Estudio Sampere no later than two weeks prior to the start date of the course. Course and accommodation fees will be also considered as a full weeks. Any part of a course week is accounted for as a full week, and 3 extra nights or more of home-stay/student room are counted as a full week. No compensation, price reduction, refund, credit, additional lessons or extension of the course will be given for either services/ lessons included in the fees and not used or for late entry, absence, or early departure from a course without formal cancellation. Cancellation, Postponement or Curtailment of a Course: Enrollment may be cancelled, free of charge, provided that written notice is received no later than 2 weeks before the start date of the course. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the start date, the first week will not be refunded. Enrollment may be postponed, free of charge, provided that written notice is received no later than 4 days before the start date. Estudio Sampere may levy some charges to cover costs due to last minute postponement. Acceptance of enrollment is made on the understanding that the student will remain for the duration of the course as specified in the enrollment. In the event of a student leaving before the end of the agreed period, the course may be curtailed or cancelled, free of charge, provided that written notice is received by Estudio Sampere not less than 2 weeks before the new end date of the course. If no notice or insufficient notice is given, course fees must be paid for a minimum of 2 weeks. Enrollment fee is non refundable. Cancellation, Postponement or Curtailment of Accommodation (Home-stay, Student Room, Apartment): Enrollment for accommodation (home-stay, student room, apartments) may be cancelled, free of charge, provided that written notice is received no later than 2 weeks before the starting date of the accommodation. Enrollment may be postponed, free of charge, provided that written notice is received not less than 4 days before the start date.
