2 INFORMATION Dear parents! During the summer holidays, WELTAKADEMIE offers intensive language courses for primary school children aged 6 to 11 years. If inquired, also for teenagers (group with min. 8 participants). Following summer weeks are at schedule: Week 1: July 3 rd July 7 th 2017 Week 2: July 10 th July 14 th 2017 Week 3: July 17 th July 21 st 2017 Week 4: August 21 st August 25 th 2017 Week 5: August 28 th September 1 st 2017 Time: Languages: 8 am to 4 pm German/English/French The language courses are constructive and structured and offer the opportunity to experience a language at different levels. In the morning, language-teaching units will take place and in the afternoon interesting and exciting outdoor activities are on the agenda. Both, morning and afternoon programs are varied and communicated exclusively in the target language. Morning program In addition to learning new content, the lessons include the repetition of what has already been learned. The intensive language course is taught by our experienced and competent language trainers (native speakers with academic degree). Afternoon program During our afternoon program, children can develop their creativity and learn sustainably. Nature is used as an inspiration source. While children are moving, all their senses are addressed subtly. The afternoon activities will take place outside and they will include topics such as sports, culture, theater and science. The afternoon program depends on the weather conditions.

3 On Friday, the final presentation for the parents & awarding of the participant will take place. Catering is also taken care of. The meals are freshly prepared and served daily in our bistro: Breakfast, snack (2 times), lunch and drinks Daily routine 8 am to 9 am Arrival - breakfast 9 am to 12:15 pm Language lessons incl. break & snack 12:15 to 1 pm Lunch 1 pm to 4 pm Afternoon program & snack 4 pm Picking up time Number of participants: 8-10 children per group Costs: EUR 256,50 (Exclusive Offer to contributing members of VIC Staff Associations/Unions) (teaching and workshop materials, thus all meals are included in the price) Registration deadline: May 12 th 2017 The Weltakademie-Team is looking forward to a pleasant summer time!

The language classes are starting at 9 am. Please be punctual. Pick up time is set for 4 pm. Please let us know who will pick up the participant (Name/Tel No.) We would recommend giving your child a small drinking bottle, as well as clothing appropriate for different weather conditions (waterproof shoes, rain jacket, head covering or a cap serving as a sun protection gear) and auxiliary clothing. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the course participant. Parents are liable for all costs of accidents and damages of any kind that have been caused during the Intensive Language Course by gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the course participant. Any type of insurance is responsibility of the course participant. He/She acknowledges this responsibility by taking part in the Intensive Language Course. Parents or legal guardians herewith accept the possibility of publication of recorded images and videos of the participants during the Intensive Language Course on our website. Parents or legal guardians of the participants agree to receive further information on products and services of language school Weltakademie either through our newsletter via or through a phone call.

5 The course participant: o has no allergies / no food intolerances o is allergic to / is intolerant to: We ask for your understanding that we cannot take on the responsibility of administering medication to children/participants for the duration of the language course. The course fee is to be transferred via bank account until May 12 th 2017 at the latest. Please note that the participation in the language course is only guaranteed by the receipt of payment and the signed registration form.
