3 How does EnerJEE RPSC work Courses are delivered through a national network of EnerJEE RPSC Center (E RPSC). The core of the network is the studio at Kota fully equipped with all telecommunication technology that allows the faculty to teach and interact with students who could be spread across the country at Trans multiple locations. All centers have technology based Video Conference enabled classrooms connected to state-of-the-art studios at Kota by means of internet broadband connection. Note: The required internet (broadband) bandwidth is just 1mbps (It work even on data card like Tata Photon etc). If internet band width is not stable then (E RPSC) has to go for internet Lease Line. The students can see, listen and participate in a lecture in real time. The students may interact with the faculty as spontaneously and naturally as in a regular classroom. The faculty & moderator at studio use audio-video facilities to see; hear and talk to the students. All sessions are recorded and they are available to students via website for later review. Responsibilities of School 1 School shall be responsible for setting up EnerJEE RPSC classroom. All technical support will be provided by the company. Detail of investment is given on next page. 2 School shall be responsible to manage operation of EnerJEE RPSC class in school which includes 2.1 Enrolling students for the courses. 2.2 Conduction of the classes. 2.3 To nominate a dedicated co-coordinator for EnerJEE RPSC class. 2.4 Student servicing like distribution of Study Material, Conduction of the Test Series and all other activities related to effectively delivering of courses. 2.5 Record keeping and reporting the same to EnerJEE in the formats as specified by the company from time to time. Responsibilities of EnerJEE 1. EnerJEE shall be responsible for conducting courses through video conferencing solution which includes 1.1. Management of the Best faculty Timely delivery of Lectures & Doubt clearing over EnerJEE RPSC Classes Development & printing of Study Material as per the latest trend of the examination Development of Test Series. 2. EnerJEE will bear the cost of faculty, cost of studio equipments, regular expenses of delivering lectures & technology expenses to broadcast the same. 3. Technical Know How: EnerJEE will provide all technical support & know-how to setup EnerJEE RPSC Class in school. 4. Equipment: EnerJEE would provide all technological equipment to School for setting up technological infrastructure of the classrooms.

6 5. EnerJEE shall provide access to ERP software to smoothly manage the operations. 6. EnerJEE shall provide all requisite courses and process training to the coordinator/nominated persons. Course Fee 1. Course Subscription fee: These courses are given to the school on fixed Subscription fee irrespective of number of students. However School is free to charge fee from students on its own discretion. 2. Study Material & Test Series Fee: All students willing to take Study Material and Test Series will have to pay fee as mentioned in course details section. Note: Company will not take any share from school in case it charges fee from students for EnerJEE RPSC classes. 1. Course Subscription Fee: As mentioned in Course Table. Cost to the School 2. Fixed One Time Cost to school (for setting up technological Infrastructure of class room): For each group, school has to setup one classroom. 3. Recurring Cost (Internet Broadband Cost): Approximately 40,000/- per annum per classroom. We recommend 2 mbps Internet Lease line for each EnerJEE RPSC Classroom. Payment Schedule 1. Payment Terms for Subscription Fee & Software License Fee- 1 st Installment 75% of Subscription Fee + Service At the time of signing MOU 2 nd Installment 25% of Subscription Fee + Service On or before start of classes 2. Study Material Fee: Along with Enrollment of Student. 3. Validity of Offer: This offer is valid till 31 st December 2015only. 4. Mode of Payment: Through Demand Draft in favour EnerJEE Eduventures Pvt.Ltd., payable at Kota (Rajasthan) Brand Rights 1. School may use Brand Name/Trade Mark of the company, which is EnerJEE for the limited purpose of promoting courses offered by EnerJEE in the school as per the annexure-a 2. Similarly EnerJEE may also use the school name for the purpose of promoting the courses by EnerJEE in association with school. Contract Period 1. The association of School with EnerJEE is for two academic sessions. 2. The agreement can be renewed on mutually agreed terms and conditions after two academic sessions.
