Ongoing Action includes: identifying & partnering with existing organizations on local advocacy, events & forums, organizing expert panel on policies/actions that impact the safety & rights of LGBTQ communities and Outreaching activities to larger NYU LGBTQ community Gender Expression & Identity Awareness Project (GEIAP) Organizer and Chair of GEIAP whose purpose is to develop Faculty & Field training video in regard to developing best practices for Trans* Identified & GNC students at Silver and in the Field. Future project includes develop CEU credits and Day Long Conference Prison Solidarity Project at NYU Coordinated student-run letter writing program at NYU Silver where students can correspond with individuals currently incarcerated in solitary confinement in the U.S. Prison System.
