Available only for learners w ith enough current training experience and/or qualifications to gain Recognition of Prior Learning for all 10 course units. 5 Inspire will give you credit from your teaching experience (via RPL) towards your new TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Teachers have some units which they can RPL across to the new TAE As a result, learner s professional experience can gain you a greater number of credits towards your new TAE40116 qualification. Note: Students must be able to demonstrate sufficient evidence of currency in teaching in order to gain the full 3 units of RPL for your teaching qualification and experience. Where sufficient evidence of currency cannot be demonstrated, additional gap training may be required. RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within this qualification. This can include any previous training (form al or inform al) of previous life or work experience. The RPL process is really straightforward, simply indicate on your enrolment form that you would like to apply for RPL and once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an RPL pack to help with evidence collection. Your trainer will also call to go through any potential RPL opportunities you may have. Simple! The Certificate IV in TAE is suitable for anyone looking to enter job roles which relate to the delivery of training and assessment of competence within the VET sector. 6 1) Our RPL/upgrade specialist will be in contact with you regarding our TAE RPL process. 2) Submit your completed RPL Application kit which will include: A copy of your teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education or similar) listing year of completion. A copy of your current Teachers Registration. Evidence of teaching currency to demonstrate your teaching experience is up-todate. Any other relevant evidence to support your RPL claim in line with the requirements listed within the RPL Application kit. 3) Complete the remaining units via distance education/online study.
